Is the Fisch Nico’s Yarncaster rod worth getting? We look at the rod’s stats and how to obtain it! If you like collecting as many fishing rods as possible in Fisch, make sure to read our Fisch Miku Rod obtainment guide, too.

Fisch Nico’s Yarncaster Rod

The Nico’s Yarncaster rod changes the fishing mini-game bar into a cute pastel feature, with a pink cat face above the line and a cat paw in the middle of the bar. The rod itself features a cat paw print pattern, with a ball of rainbow yarn attached to it. There are also stars and paws floating around the rod, too!

How to Get the Nico’s Yarncaster Rod

To obtain Nico’s Yarncaster Rod, you need to visit the Underground Music Venue. To get there, you must complete a puzzle in the Crystal Cover before finding a trapdoor. Once there, you need to look for the Crazy Cat Lady NPC who has plenty of cats around her. There are three parts to her quest, with each part featuring a randomly chosen riddle.

Crazy Cat Lady Quest

The quest for the Crazy Cat Lady entails solving three different riddles. The solution for each riddle is a certain fish, which you must catch and give to the Crazy Cat Lady.

Possible Riddles

Every player must solve three riddles for the Crazy Cat Lady. Each part features a potential riddle, which is chosen at random.

Nico’s Yarncaster Rod Stats and Passive

Interestingly, the 8,000 kg Maximum Kg stat was nerfed from Infinite Kg. The rod’s description states that it increases in power when paired with the clownfish cat toy. As of right now, the clownfish cat toy isn’t a thing, and it’s not a bobber.

However, there is a Cat Bobber, which you can obtain by purchasing the Bobber Pack from the in-game Fisch shop. The Bobber Pack costs 99 Robux at base value, though it reduces to 80 Robux when there’s a discount!
