The Manta Ray, in Fisch, is a Mythical catch that spawns in Roslit Bay. However, it does have some specifications, though you may get lucky and catch it without meeting any of the requirements.
How to increase your chances of obtaining a Manta Ray! One thing to note is that this fish does not prefer any type of weather, so come rain or shine, it may appear.
As mentioned above, the Manta Ray spawns in Roslit Bay. But, it only appears in a very specific spot! When you’re in Roslit Bay, you can see a large body of water with rainbow colours underneath. This is the Coral Reef!

The Manta Ray prefers Shrimp as bait at the end of your fishing rod! Luckily, this is a more common bait type, so you’re more likely to obtain it with Bait Crates and Quality Bait Crates.
The Shrimp bait actually improves your preferred luck by 45, and your luck stat in general by 25, making it a good option when catching any fish (especially the Manta Ray).
While it doesn’t care about the weather, it’s particular about which season it is, and what time of day it is. You have a higher chance of catching a Manta Ray is the season is currently in Summer and if it’s during the nighttime.
You can still catch this fish in the daytime and in any other season, but your chances are greatly increased if these requirements are met.
