From the trailer, we can see that outfits have their own rarity. 5-star outfits will surely be more difficult to obtain when compared to their 4-star counterparts. This means that certain outfits that provide special buffs to a character will more than likely have a 5-star rarity.
You can obtain outfits in FF7 Ever Crisis by pulling on the gacha banner! If it works like other gacha games, there will be limited-time runs of outfits, while others may be permanently available.
