Tiers Explained

Before that though, here’s a brief description of what our tiers mean:

  • S Tier: The best characters currently to unlock, and should be first choice to add to your team. Increase their power as soon as you possibly can.
  • A Tier: Solid and reliable gap-fillers that can top up a party lacking in S tiers, or are great characters when combined with others.
  • B Tier: These characters will power you through the beginning, and can even help out later on if sufficiently levelled.
  • C Tier: Characters in this tier, quite frankly, are worth avoiding for the most part. However, they can have niche uses in certain game modes or situations.
  • D Tier: Avoid these characters. They underperform throughout the entire game, and are just not worth it.

S Tier

The best characters in the game. Add any you collect to your party, and reroll for them.

D Tier

Skip these characters completely.

Eversoul Tier List FAQ

Did the tier list not provide you with everything you need to know about Eversoul? Here’s your most frequently asked questions, answered.

Which Races Does Eversoul Include?

Each character you can unlock in Eversoul is one of a number of different races. These include:

  • Angel
  • Beast
  • Demon
  • Fairy
  • Human
  • Undead

Are There Different Classes?

Yes, Eversoul includes a class system, much like in an MMORPG, and these are the following class archetypes:

  • Caster
  • Defender
  • Ranger
  • Striker
  • Supporter
  • Warrior

You’ll definitely want at least a defender and supporter, as these will keep your team alive.

However, you will want a decent combination of damage dealers too, including strikers and warriors to support from melee range, and casters and rangers to tear it up from the backline.

What Is A Tier List?

A tier list is ranks all of the characters that you can unlock in a gacha game. We rank from S tier to D tier, with S being best and D being worst.

You can use a tier list to help you determine who to focus on rerolling for, so you can save time and money. It also helps you in the late game, when you’re not sure who to add to finish up your party.

How Did We Pick Our Eversoul Tier List?

The following three factors helped us decide on who to place where in our Eversoul tier list:

  • Personal experience
  • Community feedback
  • General consensus from other tier lists

It’s worth stressing that tier lists are entirely subjective by nature. Ours is based on our experience, but yours may differ entirely. We’re confident that ours can help, but you should also decide based on your own experience with Eversoul.

How Often Do We Update Our Eversoul Tier List?

We check our tier list monthly to ensure that it’s up-to-date, paying close attention to:

  • New character launches
  • Balance changes

When one of the above happens, we update this list to ensure that it always follows the latest meta. It may take us a few days to test out the new character though.

What’s Eversoul?

Eversoul is a mobile gacha RPG that challenges you to collect a bunch of characters, create a team out of them, and send them on an adventure across a stunning world. Along the way, they’ll level up, collect new equipment, and unlock new skills. The combat has a strategic flair too. It plays automatically, with you choosing the formations your characters fight in, and when to activate your active skills.
