Always try and send your crowd through the gate that gives you the highest multiplier. The more people you have, the more you’re going to earn at the end of the level. Avoid red gates at all costs – these will cut your numbers down, which is the exact opposite of what you’re aiming for.
There are no time limits on the levels, so try and wait for the perfect opportunity to move. Car rushing past when a 4x gate pops up? Just wait until the next one comes along. Patience is often the key to getting the best score, so be sure to take a moment whenever you can and don’t just snatch the first opportunity that comes along.
You don’t have to let all of your crowd out at the same time. This is particularly useful when you’re firing them onto the boats. Just lift your finger off the screen and the gate will close. Press down and it’ll open again. The game doesn’t tell you this, and you can really use it to your advantage.
The upgrades here aren’t super important, so don’t fret too much about increasing your stats. If you’ve got enough coins to up one of your scores, then go for it, but don’t watch any videos to increase them. It’s a waste of time and it won’t really help you with finishing any levels.
