Check out our strategy guide for Elizabeth Find M.D.: Diagnosis Mystery.

GENERAL TIPS

  • In the beginning of the game you will be asked if you want to play the game in Timed Mode or Relaxed Mode.
  • Use Relaxed Mode if you want to play the pressures of playing against the clock. Choose the Timed Mode if you like more of a challenge when you play these types of games.
  • In timed mode if you click randomly on the scene you will have a penalty of 30 seconds. Unfortunately if you’re not very precise with your clicking the game will penalize you even if you know you’re clicking on the right item.
  • If you want to skip the dialogue, just click on the red skip button that appears in the lower right corner of the page. If you just want to skip one section of the dialogue, just click on anywhere on the screen.
  • You will visit certain locations more than once but the items that you will have to find may vary slightly.
  • The items that are written in red cannot be found until you’ve performed other actions first. More on this topic in the sections below.

HINTS

  • In the lower left side of the page you will have the symbol of a cross: that is your hint gauge. You can use the hint only when the cross is filled with red.
  • Each time you use a hint the meter needs to refill itself before you can use it again. The more times you use a hint in a scene, the longer it will take to replenish.
  • Use your hints sparingly since you cannot pick and choose what the hint will show you in the scene.

SPECIAL ITEMS/ ITEMS IN RED

  • In many of the scenes you will find items that are marked in red. In order to cross those items off your list you have to perform other actions first.
  • In order to uncover these items you must use the tab at the bottom of the page which is marked "Medical Bag".
  • Look in the bag and then decide what tool can help you uncover the red clue. Grab the tool from the medical bag and then place it somewhere on a patient. If the tool is correct then it will perform an action. For example, if you chose a syringe, then it will fill with blood.

RADIOLOGY-MRI

  • In this mini game you have to guess which insertion point (needle) is delivering contrast dye to a particular organ in the body.
  • On the top left side of the page you will see a section that says "Target Organ". In this section you will see the name of the organ that you have to place the right injection into.
  • On the body that is on the main page that organ will start to pulsate for about 10 seconds. Within those few seconds you have to identify the syringe that will lead the dye through the veins in the body.
  • The best way to do that is to look at the orange dot that is on that particular organ and follow the vein that leads to one of the syringes.
  • You have to make 10 or 15 correct choices (depending on the case number) but you are only allowed to make 3 mistakes. If you make 3 incorrect choices you will have to start the process all over again.
  • When you make a correct choice you will notice the "Correct Injections" section that is on the top left corner will increase by one. When you make the wrong choice, the section marked "Incorrect Injections" will increase by one instead.
  • If you don’t feel like playing with this mini game you can skip it by clicking on the skip button, lower left corner.
  • We’ve provided video solutions as well as screenshots which help you understand this process a bit better. Please look in each of the Cases to find the solution that you seek.

BLOOD TYPES

  • Your goal in this mini game is to guess the right blood type of the patient by testing their blood in the petri dish.
  • You have to test all three blood types even if you already have the answer. Otherwise you will not be able to win this round — well, unless you decide to skip the puzzle.
  • Follow these steps to test the blood and below I will explain what the reactions mean:
  • Testing the Blood
  • Grab the syringe and place it on the blood vial that is on the lower left side. Your cursor has to land on the cap of the bottle in order for the blood to be extracted.
  • Once the blood is on your syringe, click it onto the petri dish and the dish will fill with blood.
  • Now, the next thing you have to do is click on one of the big antigens bottles,, marked A,B or Rh.
  • Click on the cap of the bottle marked "A", you will see a small "X" on the black cap. Then click that onto the petri dish and look for a reaction.
  • Interpreting Blood Reaction
  • Once you’ve followed the steps above, you have to wait for a reaction once you’ve added the antigen to the blood.
  • If the blood DOES react to the Rh antigen then it is POSITIVE.
  • If the blood DOES NOT react to Rh antigen, then it is NEGATIVE.
  • You can identify a positive reaction by the amount of tiny bubbles that appear on the dish. The blood will also turn into a different color.
  • A Type "O" blood will not have any "A" nor "B" antigen in it.
  • When you see that the blood has a reaction you have to clean the dish before you test another blood sample. All you have to do to clean the dish is to click on it, wait til the blood disappears and then test another sample.
  • Submitting Results
  • I repeat, all 3 blood sample MUST be tested before you can submit an answer.
  • Once you’ve identified the blood type, click on it at the bottom of the page and then click on "submit". If the answer is right you will move on. If it’s incorrect then you will have to start all over again.

BACTERIOLOGY

  • In this mini game you have to collect 10 healthy samples. The healthy samples are the ones that are completely red and have no other things attached to it. The unhealthy samples are the ones that have a green or purple bacteria attached to it.
  • Since you can only click on healthy blood cells you have to use the cotton swabs to clean the ones that are infected. You must do so quickly because they will not stay clean for long.
  • When you start the game, the syringe will most likely be attached to your cursor. You can get rid of the syringe by clicking it back on the top right corner or by clicking it on the swab that is in the top left corner.
  • Grab the swab and start clicking it onto the red blood cells that have green or purple balls attached to them. When you click on them with the swabs, it cleans the red blood cells by getting rid of the green and purple bacteria. Once the blood cell is clean, use the syringe.
  • You can also click on the green and purple balls that have not attached themselves to any red blood cells and are just floating around. This helps you eliminate extra bacteria that could attach itself to the clean red blood cells.
  • I would recommend cleaning as much bacteria as you can and then grabbing the syringe so you can collect the healthy blood cells. You may have to do these steps a few times over until you can collect all the clean samples that you need.
  • In this section you need to collect 10 healthy samples, if you collect 3 infected ones the game will end and you will have to start over.
