Welcome to the Elementary, My Dear Majesty walkthrough on Gamezebo. Elementary, My Dear Majesty is a HOG/adventure game played on PC created by Alawar. This walkthrough includes tips and tricks, helpful hints, and a strategy guide to how to complete Elementary, My Dear Majesty.

Elementary, My Dear Majesty – Game Introduction

From the beginning screen, you have the options to Continue the current game, start a new game, access help and options, change players, and exit the game.
If you choose to continue the current game, it will offer you the option to continue the saved game. If you choose yes, you will go directly back to the last level you were playing. If you choose no, you will go to the map where you can choose any level that you have played.
From the game screen Menu button you can Continue, Save, Load, access Help, access Options, and Exit
The game automatically saves and you can replay any level as many times as you’d like so the save and load buttons aren’t as useful as in many games. The Help button just accesses the screen in the shot below.
Options have the usual sound controls and such. One useful feature is that you can change the screen resolution to best fit your screen.
The Journal is the area where you will be told your objectives and what items to pick up.
The Hint button will highlight an item.
The Main Character button will provide you with a nudge in the right direction for the next action. Sometimes this isn’t too helpful.
Clicking on the yellow speech bubble on a character will usually start a dialog. You need to click to move the dialog on.
Camera Control: You can control the camera with the buttons in the bottom right hand corner. The left and right arrows allow you to turn your view. Many items are hidden from direct view straight on so it is very necessary to do this regularly. You can also right click with your mouse and drag to turn your view.
The plus and minus buttons allow you to zoom in and out. You can also use the mouse wheel to zoom.
Below the plus button is a small round button. Clicking on this will bring you back to an unmoving baseline state. This is the position where all the screenshots have been taken.
You can easily skip puzzles if you would like.
You can easily replay any levels that you would like to do. The game does give you medals for how quickly you complete a level and how many hints you use (or don’t use).
There is no tutorial or start up help. It is very important to utilize the camera controls to get the best look for everything. For the walkthrough I held the camera position at default and circled the areas where you will find the items but you may have to zoom in and turn to actually see the item.
You will see the yellow dialog/speech bubbles–you need to click on the character or item below.
In the walkthrough, I will not usually tell you to click on the character below the yellow speech bubble. I’m assuming you are looking at the screen and can see them. Just be sure to keep a look out for them as they do move around.
After you have collected all the items on your list, you will usually have to pick them up and give them to the character who asks for them.
Items will highlight as you scroll over them if they are in the objective list. This can be pretty subtle.
There are frequently more items available then needed to pick up. Many times just panning the camera will find you many more items than what are circled on the screenshots
Most puzzles can be restarted by pressing the x button

Home Sweet Home

Click on the mailbox
Find the food (red)
Find the bag (yellow)
Put bag on spaceship (blue)

Collect the tools (red)
Find 2 bones and put them in the bowl (yellow)
Pick up the key in front of the dog bowl
Use the key on the chest

Collect 4 watermelons (red)
Put the watermelons in the juice (yellow)
Launch 4 sheep over to the juicer (blue)
Click on a sheep to get it in the launcher
Click on the launcher and adjust settings to shoot the sheep over
If you miss you get as many chances as you need
If you can’t get rid of the wrench cursor, just alt-tab out of the game and then back in and it should work fine.
Pick up the bucket (purple)
Place the full in the rocket
Replace the gears on the spaceship (white)
Use the magnet device
Hover the magnet over one of the broken gears on the spaceship and press the red button
Move the magnet away from the other gear and press the button again to drop it
Hove the magnet over the anvil on top of one of the good gears and move it out of the way
After picking up the good gears, it is harder to drop them down on their spot but keep at it.
Examine the doghouse
Pick up the bones
Pick up the map
Pick up the shovel
Use the shovel in the dirt
Pick up the compass
Click on the spaceship to travel

Royal Palace

Click on the knight
Click on the frog
Find the axe and use the axe on the logs (red)
Pick up the plank
Place bridges to each baby frog (yellow)
Click on the frog again
Use the map to find four more baby frogs (blue)
Pick up the shovel by the statue and dig right there for one
You have to click on the baby frogs to get them to return to mom
Click on the frog again.
To find the big frog, pick up the sword (purple)
Use the sword on 4 crates
Click on the big frog
Make the shark mad
Pick up 4 stones (white)
Throw the stones in the water
Use the sword on the shark

Break open the gate using the cannon, either one will work. You will have to hit the gate door 3 times.
Find the magnet. To actually see this will need to pan the camera. See red circle
Click on the shield in the statue and the press the red button. (red)
Attach the magnet to the crane.
Click on the crane you don’t need to move it to pick up the knight, just press the red button
Drop the knight on the bridge
Fix the gate:
Find 5 gate fragments (yellow)
Use the gate fragments
Solve the puzzle by placing the fragments correctly.
The pieces will lock into place when they are correctly placed.
Click on the door to enter the castle.

Throne Room

Talk to the King
Talk to the knight
He wants you to find his armor (red)
You will need to pan to get the spear
Give him the armor
Now he wants a horse (yellow)
Click on the hobby horse painting
Find the missing pieces
Note the numbers on the instructions; this is the order for building and it will go away when it is time to do so.
If you do the wrong order, you will have to start over.
Give the horse to the knight.

Talk to the deer head.
He wants to be mounted over the fireplace; you need to make dream rolls.
Find the recipe (red)
Find the ingredients (yellow)
Place the ingredients in the fire place (blue)
Click on the red button to start baking and the green button when the arrow is in the green zone.
Do this 3 times as your green zone gets smaller each time
Feed the bear
Talk to the deer again

Talk to the painting
Solve the puzzle of the paintings by finding 5 paintings that have something in common (think fruit)
Solve the puzzle of the easel (image)

Solve the puzzle of the tiles; you can tell from the floor what it is supposed to look like

When done click on the chair
Then click on the stone knight above the throne
He wants 6 flowers (green)
Give the bouquet to the princess (monster)
Now you need 6 hearts (purple)
Give the hearts to the princess
Find 4 balalaika (lutes) (white)
Give the balalaika to the knights in the corners.
Talk to the king to finish the level

Dark Forest

Find out the password for visiting the witch
Water the oak (red)
Remove 5 tree stumps (yellow)
Return the brain to the oak
You need to move the wood blocks so that when you click on the brain it will go over the bridge
The blocks move into just two positions

Click the brain
Fix the oak’s brain by matching the icons in the time allowed.
Get the potion.
Talk to the wolf and then the oak tree
Find all the mushrooms (red)
Find all the snakes (yellow)
You will then need to stop the arrow in the green zone 7 times to get the venom
Water the oak tree and place soil around its roots
Pick up the shovel and 6 dirt piles and place the dirt on the oak (blue)
Water the tree with the watering can and swamp water

Activate the idol
Click on the idol
Collect 5 coins (red)
Give the coins to the idol
The idol will create a rain cloud that you can move around
Light the 4 torches by using the lightning feature
Water the oak using the rain
Collect 7 rainbow flasks (yellow)
Order the flasks in the colors of the rainbow ROYGBIV
Gather the 3 acorns from the oak
Give the acorns to the witch
Find the saw (blue)and use it on the rainbow
Use the rainbow on the witch

Click on the wolf, the scarecrow,
Catch 10 chickens, some are hiding in the barn and popping in and out.
Pick up 4 carrots and place them in the pot (red)
Click on the cellar entrance
Find the magic cream (yellow)
Pick up the magic cream and use it on the wolf
Try to pick up the tail
Talk to the scarecrow and he will give you some plans for a trap
Collect the items (blue)
Use the trap by cutting the rope to drop the cage.
Pick up the tail and give it to the witch to finish the level.

Secret Library

Talk to the king
Pick up the flying saucer pieces
Solve the puzzle

Click on the fireplace
Click on the door
Solve the lock puzzle.
You will stick the pick into the slot in each circle, starting from the outside

Find the books (green)
Pick up five of the green books and click on them
To get the book about oil you will need to shoot the cannon at the globe (red)
To get the key you need to shoot the cannon 3 times at the light fixture over the bookshelf.
Pick up the key and use it on the chest to get the book about spacesuits
To get the book about oxygen shoot the cannon at the lit candles
Pick up the yellow book and then 6 book pages (yellow)
Click on the safe
Pick up 6 weights (blue)
Use the weights on the safe
Place a total of 11 weight on each tray (7, 3, 1 and 2, 4, 5)
Click on the suitcase
Just click on the locks until they open. There is no penalty for a wrong selection and it is random anyway.

Click on the robot and the king
Pick up the weapons (red)
Place each weapon on the robot
Pick up the 4 magnets and place them on the robot (yellow)
Pick up the pot and use it on the waterfall at the back and pour on the robot (blue)
Pick up a log from the fire and try to use it (purple)
Pick up the broom and use the broom on the oil underneath the robot
Use the broom on the robot
Use the burning log

Pirate’s Lair

Click on the pirates and get them what they want
Find five rum (red)
Find binoculars, telescope, sunglasses, 3 lifesavers, and anchor (yellow)
One of the lifesavers is behind the ship
Pick up 7 bananas and give them to 7 monkeys (blue)
Catapult 5 crates
Click on a crate and then the catapult. Be sure to time it so the door is open

Click on the painting.
Place the items to match the painting.

Mend the 3 sails
Shoot the one pirate over to the other island
Repair the damage on the cannon, ship’s wheel, and engine (white)
Go to the hold of the ship

Captain’s Cabin

Get rid of the penguins
Put a cannonball into cannon
Put the key into door
There is a candle behind the door and use it to light the fireworks
Use the scissors on the rope

Pick up the bags (red)
Use the bags
Click on the pump
Pick up the nails and springs and use them on the pump (yellow)
Fix the pump

Pick up the paintings and then them on the painting wall (blue)
There are 5 pirates who are exactly the same
Click on the chest
Unlock the lock by matching the colors

Tribal Village

Repair the 3 buttons (red)

Find the shields and feathers (yellow)
Click on the apple that is on top of a worker (blue)
Use the arrow launcher
Scare off 5 tigers (purple)

Find 8 fruits and vegetables (red)
Find the objects for the ritual (yellow)
Activate the ritual stone (blue)
Do the matching game
Gather 4 butterflies–there are lots of butterflies off to the right (blue)
Solve the three puzzles (purple)
Find the 15 fake coins — they have smiley faces
Collect the metal figurines — pick up the ones that don’t have anything on top, like pick-up sticks
Fix the picture by rotating the tiles

Learn the ritual dance by copying the other dancer while using the 8 buttons
Find 5 voodoo dolls and 3 pins (red)
Then 5 playing cards and 4 runes (yellow)
Click on the idol (in the boat)
Find 6 heavy objects (blue)
Sink the boat with the heavy objects
Find 7 locks of hair on the men–there are more than 7 men so this is easy to do
Find 4 poisonous roses (purple)
Put the roses in the fire
Find 5 voodoo symbols (white)

Use the plans to find out how to activate the pyramid
Pick up 5 runes and place them in the holes as indicated on the plan
Pick up 2 buckets; dip them in the water to get oil

Chinatown

Pick up magnifying glass and use it
Collect the items

Give the evidence to the samurai
Use the plans for the ballista and find the items
Repair the ballista using the plans

Pick up the spear and rope and use it on the ballista
Shoot the spear into the tree
Find the 12 ninjas

The ninjas want 4 butterflies
Use the butterflies on the ninja
Find the weapons
Give the weapons to the ninja.
Find the items needed to fix the bridge
Match the wives with the samurais
Match dresses to shirts
Darker purples goes with blue shirts

Return to ninjas to get thread
Match the butterflies
Click on the samurai
Go to the pandas; they want the wall destroyed
Use the cannon and shoot low so that some of the upper blocks will just fall off the island
Select the spacesuit that is in good condition. 2nd from left on the bottom
Click on the water
Click on the bubbles to finish the level

North Pole

Find a shovel
Find the items to fix the cart (red)
Use the items on the cart and get a gear puzzle

Click on the cart to move
Pick up the shovel
Dig out the Eskimo
Pick up the items for the fire (yellow)
Use the fire
Pick up the items for warm tea (blue)
Use the tea on the fire and then give it to the Eskimo
Find the Eskimo’s gear and give it to him (purple)
Play tic-tac-toe
Get a balloon

Find a penguin dictionary (red)
Find 5 pages from dictionary (red)
Use the dictionary on the penguin
Catch some fish by collecting the items (yellow)
Use the fishing pole on the water
Just click on the green arrow to catch the fish; be patient
Give fish to the penguin
Click on the water pipe (blue)
Collect 3 pipes (blue)
Use the pipes
Repair the pipes by solving the slide puzzle

Pick up a broom
Sweep 8 penguin tracks (purple)

Find parts for the snowman’s girlfriend (red)
Use the parts
Find 1 umbrella and 5 snowflakes (yellow)
Find a refrigerator
Click on the magnet crane
Pick up the refrigerator and put on the sleigh
Find the parts to fix the refrigerator (blue)
Use the parts
Repair the refrigerator with a gears slider puzzle

Find 6 icicles–easy to find as they’re just hanging off the bottom of the island (purple)

Find toys for Santa (red)
Light the Christmas tree lights by solving 3 puzzles

Save the reindeer by swapping tiles to build a path so that all 4 can escape (purple)
Repair the bridge. (yellow)
Zoom in so you can see the ends of the bridge pieces. Look at the end of the bridge itself and click on the bridge piece that matches.

The polar bear wants 3 pencils (red)
Use the pencils on the polar bear and find the clothing items (yellow)
Find 4 books (blue)
Find more smart looking items (purple)

Dragon Island

Catch 5 lava fish by just clicking on them
Collect 8 skulls (red)
Find something big and heavy to plug up the volcano (yellow)
You will need to use the heli-crane to move it
Click on the egg and then the saw
Find 4 saw gears (blue)
Click on the saw and place the gears
You will only worry about the rows and not the columns.
The gears will go in the same order but can be reversed
Use the heli-crane to pick up the egg and drop it on the saw

You need to mine 3 diamonds
Collect the required tools (red)
Use the tools on the center mine first.
Move the carts around so you can roll out the diamond

Click on the left mine
Find 5 dynamite (yellow)
Place the dynamite
Solve the puzzle

Click on the right mine
Collect the mine parts (blue)
Solve the puzzle

Use the heli-crane to place the three blue diamonds
Click on the now-exposed chest
Pick up the flowers and eggs (purple)
Use them on Juanita, the ostrich
Click on her again and she’ll get into the catapult
Click on the catapult and launch her into the top of the volcano
Click on her now that she is a green dragon
Click on the cellar door

Find 8 green sapphires
You need to click on the location of the sapphire to activate the tool needed to let it loose for some of them.

Place the green sapphires on the chest
Solve the puzzle

Pick up the star compass

Space Port

Click on the king
Click on the oil in the ship
Use the oil on the flying saucer
Pick up the lock picks (red)

Line up the slots on the lock (like before)
Click on the balloons and try to use them on the saucer
Find the items (yellow)

Use them on the saucer again
Do a stop the arrow in the green puzzle
Pick up the map and use it.
Find 6 light bulbs (blue)
Use them
Turn on all the light bulbs

Try to use the star compass
Collect the items for the GPS (purple)
Use them
Solve a puzzle where you just rotate the tiles to complete the circuits
Try to use the space
Collect the items (white)
Order: Helmet, left arm, right arm, body, right leg, left leg
Pick up a flashlight and use it inside the saucer
Remove 15 animals
Click on the saucer

Alien Planet

Pick up the disguise pieces (RED)
Use them on the alien in the following order: Shirt, pants, wig, hat, glasses, coat, mustache, tie, boots
Pick up 5 women’s accessories (yellow)
Find 3 spare robot pieces (blue)
Use them on the alien
Fix the wires slider puzzle

Find a big stone and then a space ship (purple)
Move the rock to find the key
Use the key.
Pick the lock (again)
Remove the dynamite from the portal, like pick-up sticks (white)
Find the instruments (white) and use them on the portal to repeat a melody
Click on the portal

Find 4 light bulbs (yellow)
Use them on the broken robot
Repeat several combinations of lights
Using eight keys copy the other robot’s movements
Pick up 4 CDs (blue)
Solve number puzzle

Alien King

Find 4 recipe fragments (red)
Click on the fragments and assemble them
Pick up 5 mucus (yellow)
Use the cannon to shoot off the crown
Pick up the fruit (blue)
Use the fruit to make a realistic looking head
Click on the safe
Match up the colors
Press buttons in this order 1, 1, 2, 3, 4, 4
Pick up the crown and put it on the head
Find the converter (purple)
Use the converter on the 3 monsters
Got all 3 monsters, press on the fourth (bottom) button, then the third and second
Find the princess cat (white)
Pick up the fishing rod and use it on the fish
Use the fish on the cat
Give the cat to the princess
Pick up a bow and pencil and use both on the cat and give the cat back
