As the title introduces! This guide tells you exactly how you can get the Elemental Dungeon Corrupted Shard. We also tell you what these shards are used for and how they benefit your game. Why else would you want to obtain something corrupted if not for personal gain?

Corrupted Shards are used to corrupt weapons and armor to give them a stat increase and buffing edge. When attempting to corrupt an item there is a 33% chance of success. Regardless of the outcome, the shard will be used in the process, but your item won’t be absorbed in the process. This means if you succeed then you’ll lose a shard and gain a corrupted item, if you fail you’ll keep your standard item and still lose the shard. In order to begin corrupting items you need to be at least level 75.
