Elder Scrolls: Blades Weapons List – All Weapons, Damage, and Cost

When you’re not rebuilding your hometown (or waiting for a chest to open) in Elder Scrolls: Blades you’ll almost certainly be battling enemies in a bunch of identikit dungeons.

As the game increases in difficulty, you’ll likely want to ensure you have the best gear available to you. So, to help you get equipped, we’re going to run a guide series on the best equipment you can get in the game.

In this guide, we’re going to provide a list of all of the weapons in the game right now so you can decide which one is the best for you. We’ll include their name, damage score, and cost.

Elder Scrolls: Blades – Weapon Types

There are three different types of weapons in Blades that each play in very different ways: Heavy, Light, and Versatile. Let’s take a look at each in more detail.

Heavy Weapons

As you can probably guess, Heavy weapons require two hands to wield and are slow to swing but deal enormous damage with each hit.

They don’t benefit as much from combo attacks but critical hits will deal immense damage and they have solid block ratings – which is great news as you won’t be able to use a shield.

Light Weapons

Light weapons benefit the most from combo attacks but don’t deal very much damage with each strike. You also won’t see a huge difference on a critical strike.

Still, if you like dishing out hit after hit, building that combo metre up, these are the weapons for you.

Versatile Weapons

Versatile weapons are the most intriguing of the three weapon types in Elder Scrolls: Blades. While they don’t benefit from critical hits as Heavy or combo attacks as Little, they have the advantage of being wielded in one hand with a shield or two handed for extra damage. Hence the name: Versatile.
