There are quests to complete, a wide variety of gear to unlock, and you can do it all alone or with friends.

You can check out Dystovia on Roblox. We’ve also got a Dystovia map guide, Dystovia quests list, and Dystovia scrolls detailed.

Dystovia Styles – All Weapon Types

Now, let’s take a look at a complete list of Dystovia styles, complete with everything you need to know about them.

Greatsword

The Greatsword weapon style favours enormous damage numbers in exchange for slower attacks. It also features greater range than the other styles, allowing you to create a bit of distance between yourself and your opponents.

Required Stats:

  • Strength

Recommended Elements:

  • Fire
  • Lightning

Pros:

  • Extremely high damage
  • Best range

Cons:

  • Very slow attacks
  • Few greatswords in the game

Longsword

The Longsword is a balanced weapon type that combines solid damage, a decent attack speed, and allows you to use another weapon or a shield in your other hand. It’s the jack-of-all-trades weapon option.

Required Stats:

  • Strength

Recommended Elements:

  • Fire

Pros:

  • Fast attacks
  • Solid damage
  • Quick heavy attacks

Cons:

  • Not as damaging as Greatsword or fast as Daggers
  • Less range than Greatsword

Dual-Wielding

Dual-wielding is fast, deals a ton of damage, and allows you to use two infused weapons with different elements. It’s a popular weapon style for a reason: there isn’t really a con for using it

Required Stats:

  • Strength

Recommended Elements:

  • Any

Pros:

  • Fast attacks
  • High damage
  • Multiple infusions and elements

Cons:

  • Lower range

Daggers

Daggers are an interesting weapon choice. You dual-wield them, though they only count as a single weapon. The pro is that you have the fastest attack speed, but you also lose the benefit of dual-wielding swords. You can’t infuse each individual dagger.

Required Stats:

  • Strength

Recommended Elements:

  • Fire

Pros:

  • Fastest attack speed
  • Fastest heavy attacks
  • Pairs well with crit-focused builds

Cons:

  • Lowest range
  • Can’t infuse both daggers like you can dual-wielding swords

Shield

Shields aren’t currently in Dystovia, but we’ve included them here as they are definitely coming in a future update. They will focus on reinforcing your defense, so you can take more damage without falling in battle.

Required Stats:

  • Defense

Recommended Elements:

  • Any

Pros:

  • Greater defense

Cons:

  • Lower damage
