Solo challenges are quick battles that function more like a puzzle game than a strategy one. You’re generally given a set hand of moves or spells and challenged to use them in the most effective way possible to eliminate the enemy general. It gets more complicated the further in you go. You’ll get gold for each one you complete, which is handy.

What Is Duelyst 2?

Duelyst 2 is a free-to-play strategy game, where your troops, spells and items are decided by a card-like draw system. Think chess, crossed with Yu-Gi-Oh, with a bit of Final Fantasy Tactics thrown in. The battles take place on a grid system, and your objective is to destroy the enemy general while keeping your own alive. Cards let you summon in monsters to assist in the fight.
