Archer is a great choice for those who are new to the series, and with high maneuverability, strong DPS, and a focus on ranged attacks, you can’t go wrong.
This isn’t to say the other classes aren’t good though. Sorceress is another contender, but the lack of defense makes me lean a little more toward Cleric and Archer at this current time. I recommend trying out all of the classes at some point to see which suits your play style the best!
