When there’s a gem on the level, you should always try and get it. You can spend these gems on new skins, and it’s better to collect them than try and up your score by watching videos. It also makes the levels more challenging.
You can drag balls off the level with combinations of rockets and balloons. This is a useful trick to know, since you can use it to clear your path to the exit. Get rid of all of the obstacles before you try and move your puppet.
There are no time limits, so don’t feel like you have to rush through any of the challenges. Look at the obstacles in your path and the moves you’re going to have to make to get to the hole. Only when you know what you need to do should you try and put your plan into action.
Piggy banks will appear from time to time and float around the levels. You can tap on these to get more gems. You’ll need to watch a video at the end of the level to get all of the gems the bank has splurged out, but it’s a quicker way to get more gems than just grinding for them.
On some levels there are going to be orange gates blocking the hole. You can’t just fall on these to open them, you’re going to have to use balloons to get them out of the way. If there’s anything orange on the level, then you can move it with balloons or rockets, so make sure you pay attention.
