Doctor Care is a game about helping patients out with their foot problems. It can be pretty disgusting, and at times it can be a little tricky as well. That doesn’t mean there’s not fun to be had here though, but you’re going to want to make sure you’ve got a head start on the more challenging sections.
That’s where this guide comes in. We’ve played a lot of the game, and discovered a handful of hints, tips and tricks that are going to ensure you’re giving every patient the care and attention they deserve.

A great way to know you’re heading in the right direction is to feel the vibrations. When you’re cutting or rubbing the right area, your device is going to vibrate. Not all of the tools vibrate, but the ones that do always give you the hint.
If you’ve got vibrations turned off, it’s a good idea to turn them back on. It’s really going to help you out – being able to feel your way round some of the more disgustingly disease-riddled feet will definitely help out, since it’s sometimes hard to tell what’s what.
When you’re squeezing spots, there’s a few tricks you can use to make it easier. For starters, check which direction the small finger is pointing when you select a spot. That’s going to make sure you’re getting the most pressure on the spot.
Once you’ve started poking, lift your finger up and move it to the far edge of the screen. That’s going to give you all the push you need to squeeze out the pus.
Right now there’s nothing for you to spend your gems on, so watching a video to get more is a pretty big waste of time. Sure you might be able to spend them at some point in the future, but at the moment you’re just spending 30 seconds of your life to gain nothing.
You can watch videos to get new decors if you’d like, but they don’t change anything in terms of gameplay or rewards. They’re purely cosmetic, but if you want to change things up visually then go nuts.
