Despite how useful it is, Geppo is easy to get, even during the early levels of the game. Geppo, also known as Skywalk, allows the player to essentially ‘step’ on the air multiple times to manoeuvre through the sky during combat, evasion, or just to get leverage.

Skywalk absorbs some Stamina in return for the ability to perform jumps mid-air multiple times. This technique has no mastery or hidden skills to unlock but is still essential if you want to improve your combat and exploration.

How and Where You Get Geppo/Skywalk

As mentioned, it’s relatively easy with no level requirement to obtain. You simply have to have made your way to Logue Town, a general hub for players teeming with helpful NPCs. When at Logue Town, head over to Bart’s Bar where an NPC named Ted is hanging around.

Ted will tell you about this new technique he has learned called Skywalk and offers to teach it to you for 20,000 Beli. If you can afford it and agree, you’ll get Geppo! No quest needed.

How To Get More Beli

20k Beli seems like a lot, but this sum is quite generous. Quests offer the most Beli versus just idly slaying foes, so I’d recommend activating a high-ranking quest (such as a boss fight you’re capable of) and repeating it to accumulate Beli. Alternatively, pop Chests as they often give a sum of Beri alongside some Materials.
