On the hunt for a Dead Space secret ending guide? You’ve come to the right place! Our guide will help you reach the secret ending that you’re looking for. Dead Space is a survival horror game that brings an immersive experience to the table. The remake embellishes the original title, and adds extra layers to the game. You play as Isaac Clarke, an engineer who is tasked with the major job of repairing the entire ship. His mission soon turns dire, as he realises the entire crew has been murdered by an unknown entity, and his partner is missing.

If you’ve reached the first ending, you’re probably wondering how to get to the super secret ending too, right? Well, brace yourself, as you’ll have to replay the entire game again on New Game Plus mode!
Once you complete the game the first time (it can be on any difficulty), you’ll unlock the New Game Plus mode. Luckily this game mode allows you to keep all of your collected and upgraded weapons, as well as your suits and credits. You’ll also spot some neat freebies!
Firstly, you have to work your way through the entire game again, but you need to make sure that you’re collecting all of the Marker Fragments. Take a look at our Dead Space Marker Fragments guide to help you find them all!
After finding all 12 Marker Fragments, you need to go to the 3rd floor of the Crew Quarters area, and head to Captain B. Mathius’s Quarters! You’ll spot a mysterious shrine here. Place your Marker Fragments onto the shrine in a circle – you’ll start to hear some pretty creepy noises!
Carry on with the rest of the game as normal, but this time the ending will be different – this is the secret ending! It’s a lot of work, and it takes some time and determination, but we promise it’s worth it.
