Cooking Craft is a game about running your own restaurant. And wearing roller skates. You’ll speed around, feeding materials into cookers, hiring staff and throwing food in the direction of your customers. All the while earning piles of coins.

It’s a pretty simple concept to get to grips with, but there are tougher sections where you might need some help. And that’s exactly why we’ve written this guide. It’s packed full of the finest strategies we’ve discovered during our time with Cooking Craft.

It doesn’t matter if you’re just starting to sling burgers or you’ve already moved on to donut production. There’s going to be something here to help you out. These are the best hints, tips and cheats for Cooking Craft.

You mostly start from nothing every time

When you finish a level and move on to the next, your coins are all going to disappear. That means when the game tells you that you’ve unlocked the next challenge, there’s not much point hanging around. Head over to the gate and get ready to take on the next restaurant.

Player upgrades carry over

The one thing that does carry over are your player upgrades. It’s a good idea to unlock these on every level you play, since they make starting over that little bit easier. You’ll find them in the back room along the wall near where you can unlock the porter.

Stay on the move

You should never be standing still when you’re running a restaurant. If there are no customers to serve, head to the back and start moving boxes. Try not to tread on the toes of your helpers – it’s not the end of the world if you do, since you can always dump stuff you don’t need in the bin.

Keep upgrading

Making your cookers faster, your helpers swifter and your van capable of carrying more boxes will help you get to the next level quicker. Upgrade your machines when you’ve got the cash, add more tables to boost your coffers and start watching the coins rolling in.

Should you use the boosts?

The first few boosts you get won’t cost you anything. But the first taste is always free. While they can be super useful, it’s not worth watching a video to unlock them. If you’re getting overwhelmed in a level it can be worth your while to spend some gems on a boost, but it should be a last resort.
