Dan isn’t much of a handyman without his… hands.
The Dans Arm is actually quite the exclusive quest considering the weapon by the same name is a limited-time Halloween obtainable. Dan prompts this quest which will take you to the RiddleBone boss who has a chance to drop Dans Arms on top of the Enigma Blade!
So some lore behind the Dans Arm is that it is also referred to as the Average Gallant’s Grasp. However, because of the nature of this quest, Dan will refer to it as his arm.
“This skeletal arm once belonged to a brave knight whose courage outlived his mortal coil. With a grip as firm in death as it was in life, it’s ready for a second round.”
You’ll begin this journey in the Unnamed Village within the First Kingdom. Close to where you spawn in, there will be a portal linked to the RiddleBone Realm. Head to the realm, obviously, and keep a straight path. Somewhere central to your path is a building which you can enter which Dan is waiting inside of!
Once you’ve had a conversation with Dan the quest prompt is active and you can head off on your quest to defeat the RiddleBone Boss. Simply keep heading deeper into the room by descending the stairway where RiddleBone is patiently awaiting your duel.
Once slain, there are plenty of goodies to obtain including the chance for Dan’s Arm (Gallant’s Grap) from the loot chests scattered around the boss room.
This boss isn’t a cakewalk, he’s a skeleton! Okay, being serious now but if you fall during the combat you won’t generate any boss rewards. We recommend taking a party of friends to ambush RiddleBone for the highest success chance.
You may also need to defeat 50 Riddle Skeletons from the Halloween event before facing this boss if you haven’t already! In addition to this, two of your party members should have 25 STR at least each.
