Brotato is an action-packed rogue-lite that is available on Switch, PC, and now Android! Delve into top-down shooter combat as you play a potato who wields a variety of weapons. Who is Artificer?

So, Artificer is a playable character in Brotato! He’s one of the many characters that you can play in the action-packed game.

Artificer mainly uses Explosive Damage and Engineer weapons. Artificer’s starter weapons are:

  • Plank
  • Wrench
  • Shredder
  • Screwdriver

Additionally, you can unlock Explosive Shells once you have won a game using Artificer!

Artificer is a pretty popular character to use in your runs and is often considered the meta when playing through the more difficult levels – especially on Danger 5. We recommend prioritising the attack speed stat at first.

How to Unlock Artificer

Not sure how to unlock Artificer? No worries! It’s pretty simple.

  • To unlock Artificer, you need to kill 15 enemies in total with a single explosion.

  • +175% Explosion Damage
  • -100% Damage
  • +4% Explosion Size for every 1 Elemental Damage
  • Armor mods are decreased by 50%
