Brawl Stars just received its massive summer update, introducing a wealth of new content including a new Brawler, Star Powers, Points, and Skins, Community Maps, Summer of Robots event, and more.

There’s an awful lot to dig into, so we thought we’d make it a lot easier to digest by running this guide to all of the new content.

New Brawler – Tick:

Tick is a brand new Brawler that you can unlock by reaching 4,000 Trophies on the Trophy Road. Here’s a breakdown of his abilities:

Primary AttackSuper AttackStar Power
Minimines: Tick’s Primary Attack launches three mines that detonate on contact with an enemy or after a short delay.Headfirst: Tick launches his head as a homing projectile that damages enemies in an area. The head can be destroyed before it reaches the target.Well Oiled: Tick’s self-regeneration starts 2 seconds earlier.

New Star Powers:

Each Brawler is getting a brand new Star Power this summer, with three launching each week in Brawl Boxes and the store until all of them are available.

You can only equip a single Star Power at a time, and can swap between any you’ve unlocked at any point from the Brawler selection screen. Here’s a list of the new Star Powers:

New Currency – Star Points:

Star Points rewards you for ranking up your Brawlers past level 10, and you can spend them on exclusive items like the new Star Skins. You get Star Points depending on how high you rank up your Brawler during a season at the following rates:

  • Rank 10: 100 Star Points
  • Rank 15: 200 Star Points
  • Rank 20: 300 Star Points

You’ll also earn Star Points for any Trophy points that decay at the end of a season. One Trophy amounts to one Star Point, so that should take some of the sting out of it.

New Skin Type – Star Skins:

Star Skins are a brand new Skin type that you can purchase exclusively with Star Points. There aren’t many of them so far, but you can bet your bottom dollar that more will arrive over time. Here are the skins and skin prices:

  • Outlaw Colt: 500 Star Points
  • Linebacker Bull: 2,500 Star Points
  • Night Mecha Crow: 10,000 Star Points
  • Light Mecha Bo: 10,000 Star Points
