Unsure about the Personality system in Bizarre Lineage? Essentially, they are randomly assigned buffs for your Stands. One of the main ways of changing the Personality of a Stand in Bizarre Lineage is by reaching at least Prestige Level 1. Take a look at my How to Unlock Prestige guide for Bizarre Lineage if you’re not familiar with the endgame feature.

Bizarre Lineage Personality

The Personality feature in Bizarre Lineage is pretty unique, determining the strength of certain Stands at random. While there is a way to change a Stand’s Personality, the methods aren’t the best, as they still rely on RNG.

What Are Personalities?

In Bizarre Lineage, Personalities are applied to your Stands at random. Each Personality has a rarity, which determines how likely it is to appear. Depending on the Personality, your Stand gains various buffs. They’re basically just additional stat boosts to help strengthen the Stand.

How to Change the Personality of a Stand

Stands gain random Personalities, but sometimes, they may have one that you don’t like. This is where Stand Personality Essence comes in. By using this Essence type, you can reroll the Personality for your Stand.

Stand Personality Essence is obtainable from the Prestige Shop and the Robux Shop. If you don’t want to spend Robux, then you can exchange 3 Prestige Shards at the Prestige Shop for 1 Stand Personality Essence. Prestige Shards are acquired when you increase your Prestige Level, which is an endgame feature after you reach level 50.

Apart from that, the only other way to change the Personality of a Stand is by acquiring a completely new Stand. This means either getting the same Stand in hopes that it has a stronger Personality, or one of the many other Stands available in the game.
