If you’ve played BitLife you’ve probably already got a good idea of what it means to be an addict – this game is seriously hard to put down.

Being an addict in BitLife is pretty straightforward and not all that different from real life. Well, aside from the fact that you actually have control over your addictions and what addicts you in BitLife.

In this guide, we’re going to explain exactly what you have to do to get the Addict Ribbon so you can tick it off the list.

If you’re looking for something else, check out our complete guide to BitLife. It includes links to all of our other guides, where we’ve covered pretty much every aspect of this awesome game.

How to get the Addict Ribbon in BitLife

The Addict Ribbon relies mostly on luck (well, bad luck) in BitLife, as you need to rely on events outside of your control to get it.

A good rule of thumb is, whenever you are offered alcohol or drugs, take them. Keep saying yes to all of the bad things in life and sooner or later you’ll have an uncontrollable addiction.

Another method is to gamble as often as possible, though you have to be careful with this one as you could accidentally trigger another ribbon.

To avoid this, don’t win over a million dollars over the course of your lifetime and don’t die with over $5 million in the bank.

However, to get addicted to gambling you need to have enough money to gamble in the first place. To that end, it’s worth checking out our guide on how to make the most money.

We’d also recommend checking out our guide to the Highroller Ribbon, so you can check what not to do so you don’t accidentally earn that instead.

Finally, and this goes without saying really, don’t get rid of your addiction by going to rehab before you die. If you do, you won’t get the ribbon even if you spent most of your life addicted.
