Welcome to the Avenue Flo: Special Delivery walkthrough on Gamezebo. Avenue Flo: Special Delivery is a hidden object adventure game played on the PC created by PlayFirst. This walkthrough includes tips and tricks, helpful hints, and a strategy guide for how to complete Avenue Flo: Special Delivery.

Avenue Flo: Special Delivery – Game Introduction

General Tips

Throughout Avenue Flo: Special Delivery you will need to find balloons and bottles. There are 99 balloons total, and 60 bottles total. In the guide below, balloons are circled in yellow and bottles are circled in green. Key items are circled in red unless otherwise noted.
Items found throughout the game are not randomized. As such, they are all shown below.
Puzzles may be skipped, and hints are available to a small extent.
Hints are not available during the main gameplay. For this reason, click on Flo for clues or refer to the To-Do List.
You can check the Map or To-Do List on the right side of the menu bar at the bottom of the screen to check your progress within a certain area.
Inventory items that you will use later will be added to the bottom of the screen: key items you will not use will simply be crossed from your list when acquired.
From the game’s main menu, you can access the Trophy menu. This keeps track of your in-game achievements.
Also accessible from the main menu is the Activity Mode. As you unlock certain mini-games during the course of the Main Adventure, they will be unlocked in this mode. This mode will allow you to replay them on more levels at much higher difficulty.

Part 1: Avenue Flo

Flo’s Diner

Find a way to turn off the machine by pulling the plug from the wall, then use the scissors to cut the sweater free.

Exit the Diner.
Follow the prompts and talk to Tony, then find the missing person flyer and return it to him.
The first balloon you need to find will be pointed out to you. In this area, there are more balloons, as well as bottles to be found. Their locations are shown below:

Proceed down the street to the left.

Baby Chic Boutique

The balloon and bottle locations here are shown below:

Enter the Boutique.
Find 10 burp cloths. Their locations are shown below. You will need to retrieve the key from the cuckoo bird (marked with an X) to obtain the last one hidden inside the cabinet drawer.

Next, help arrange outfits for the various photo customers according to their preferences. The solutions are shown below:

Pick up the basket of folded napkins to complete the napkin folding mission, then exit the Boutique to the left.

Darla’s Café

The balloon and bottle locations here are shown below:

There’s not much to do here yet, so proceed down Readmore Rd.

Scrub Brothers Laundromat

The balloon and bottle locations here are shown below:

Talk to the Scrub Brothers, then click on the dirty tablecloths in the bin in front of them to add them to your inventory.
Proceed into the Laundromat.
Find the 9 socks scattered throughout the laundromat, then return them to the tourists on the right. While you’re at it, pick up the clothes hanger (circled in blue) to add it to your inventory:

Talk to mechanic Hal, and he’ll offer to fix the washer: however, you have to find his toolbox first. Go back outside.
Take a closer look at the toolbox near the fire hydrant outside: it’s stuck under the car. Click on the car’s vanity license plate to take a photo and add it to your inventory.

Proceed down the street to the left.

DinerTown Library

The balloon and bottle locations here are shown below:

Talk to the woman standing outside, then click on the table entitled “Free Minutes!” to pick up a pamphlet and add it to your inventory.
We’ll come back to this location later. For now, return to Darla’s Café and continue down Florida St. to the left.

Dessert Oasis

The balloon and bottle locations here are shown below:

Enter the Dessert Oasis.
Take a number from the queue machine, then talk to the girls managing the shop. For one, they’ll only serve number 33 and two, they’ve lost the mini-dessert cookbook. Exit the Dessert Oasis for now and proceed to the left.

Subway Entrance

The balloon and bottle locations here are shown below:

Talk to the man on the balcony: he’s run out of clothespins and needs a substitute. Keep this in mind as you backtrack to Darla’s Café.

Darla’s Café

Pick up ticket number 33 lying on the table outside to add it to your inventory.

Proceed back down Readmore Rd to the Library and enter.

DinerTown Library

Talk to Lani the librarian: she’ll inform you the book you’re looking for has just been returned. Proceed through the door on the right to enter the book-sorting room.
Click on the conveyor belts in the middle of the screen to change their direction, allowing the books of the appropriate color to drop into the appropriately colored bin. As you advance, more items and bins will be added to the mix, and conveyor belt speed will increase. See below for mini-game example. Completing it successfully will reward you with the mini-dessert cookbook.

Return to Lani.
Give the mini-dessert cookbook to Lani. She’ll ask you for your library card. Rummage through your purse to find it.

Oh, but it turns out your library card is expired! Talk to Bernie (the man on the right) and he’ll offer to check the book out for you, but he needs the library quiet in order to finish the book he’s reading first.
There are three people you need to quiet down in the library:

? 1.Give the pamphlet to the man on the cellphone.

? 2.Give the pacifier to the crying baby on the right.

? 3.Retrieve the cheat book for the kid on the left.

Bernie’s finished reading now, so Lani will give you the mini-dessert cookbook and it will be added to your inventory.
If you show the photograph of the vanity plate to Lani, she’ll inform you it belongs to Simon the celebrity.
Before you leave, click on the box of binder clips behind Lani. She’ll offer to give them to you for free. They’d make great substitute clothespins, wouldn’t they? Add them to your inventory.
Exit the library and return to the Dessert Oasis.

Dessert Oasis

Give the mini-dessert cookbook to the girlscouts, then show them your #33 ticket.
Find the mini-dessert tray: its location is shown below:

Uh-oh. Before you can continue, you’ll need to find the girlscout’s missing troop badge. She says she lost it on the way to the park.
Exit the Dessert Oasis and proceed to the Subway Entrance.

Subway Entrance

Give the binder clips to the gentleman on the apartment balcony. They make a great clothespin substitute, and while he’s drying his laundry, he’ll find the tourist’s missing lucky striped sock. Click on it to point it out to him then add it to your inventory, then proceed down into the Subway. (Note: if for some reason, this doesn’t work yet, return once you’ve washed the dirty tablecloths.)

Subway

Pick up the troop badge lying on the floor to add it to your inventory.

Return to the Dessert Oasis.

Dessert Oasis

Give the badge to the girls. You will now enter a mini-game where you must arrange desserts on the various platters according to the specifications listed on the left. There are multiple solutions, but a solution that works for each is shown below:

The Mini Dessert mission is now complete! Return to Flo’s Diner.

Flo’s Diner

Go inside and show the photo of the car vanity plate to Simon.

Simon agrees to move his car. Return to the laundromat.

Scrub Brothers Laundromat

The car is finally gone! Pick up the toolbox sitting near the fire hydrant to add it to your inventory, then enter the laundromat.
Give the toolbox to Hal so he can fix the washer.
Place the dirty tablecloths into the fixed washing machine. You’ll need some detergent now.
Click on the detergent machine, then on the token machine to trigger Flo looking for dollar bills in her purse.
Find money inside Flo’s purse, until she’s convinced she’s got enough for detergent.

Try placing the bills inside the token machine: unfortunately, they’re too wrinkely.
Exit the laundromat and proceed up the street to Darla’s Café.

Darla’s Café

Use the bills on Darla: she’ll offer to flatten them as soon as she’s done making sandwiches, and if you help out in her café it’ll be quicker.
Enter a mini-game. This one’s a memory challenge: customers will order a dish. Click on that dish and then give it to the customer: you can carry two dishes at a time. An example is shown below:

Once you’ve finished the task, give the bills to Darla. She’ll flatten them and make them nice and crisp.
Return to the laundromat.

Scrub Brothers Laundromat

Use the crisp dollar bills on the token machine to obtain the tokens.
Use the tokens on the detergent machine.
The detergent gets stuck: use the wire hanger from your inventory on the machine to free the detergent and add it to your inventory.
Use the detergent on the washing machine, then load in the dirty tablecloths. Use the tokens to wash them clean.
Pick up the washed tablecloths to add them to your inventory.
Talk to the tourists: they’re missing their lucky sock, and won’t let you use the dryer until it’s found. If you haven’t triggered the mission already, follow the instructions above. Otherwise, give the striped sock to the tourists: they’ll let you use the dryer now.
Place the washed tablecloths into the dryer, then use the tokens to dry them. Collect them from inside to successfully complete the Clean Tablecloths mission.
Exit the laundromat and return to the Subway Entrance.

Subway Entrance

Click on the green recycle machine, then place the 20 bottles you’ve collected (locations shown above) inside. Collect the coin and add it to your inventory.
Proceed down into the Subway.

Subway

Use the coin on the slots on the right to gain access to the subway train, then board and travel to Yum Yum Square.

Part 2: Yum Yum Square

Subway

Exit the subway to the street level.

Subway Entrance

Talk to Tony, who’s waiting outside the subway entrance.
The balloon and bottle locations here are shown below:

Proceed to the left.

Wilson’s Daycare

The balloon and bottle locations here are shown below:

Proceed down the Veggie Ln.

Kiwis and Kumquats Market

The balloon and bottle locations here are shown below:

Talk to Grandma: she’s got the puree machine you need in the truck, but the police officer won’t give you the keys to the trunk unless you can fix the car’s broken tail light, and only a red light will do.
Continue down the street to the left.

Dinertown Art Gallery

The balloon and bottle locations here are shown below:

Talk to the man in the tooth costume, then take a closer look at the basket circled in red above. There’s no more free floss, but keep it in mind for later.
Enter the art gallery.
Click on the red bulb on the sculpture and talk to the artist: she’s unwilling to part with it.
Pick up the Magazine and the Green bulb circled in red below.

Show the magazine to the artist, then give her the green bulb. She’ll allow you to take the red bulb off her hands and add it to your inventory.
Exit the art gallery and return to Kiwi and Kumquats Market.

Kiwi and Kumquats Market

Give the Red Bulb to the police officer. He’ll give the keys to the car back.
Use the keys on the pink car’s truck to retrieve the Puree Machine and add it to your inventory.
Enter the Market.
Talk to the store owner. The place is a mess. Help him find 10 kiwis: their locations are shown below:

Give the kiwis to the store owner, then help him sort his spilled baskets of fruit.
You’ll enter a mini-game: place the letters in their correct slots to refill the baskets with fruit. All the puzzle solutions are shown below:

You now have all the ingredients you need for the gourmet baby food. Exit the market and proceed back to Wilson’s Daycare.

Wilson’s Daycare

Before we do too much here, we’ll just be picking up one thing: pick up the Dental Floss sitting on the sink to add it to your inventory. (Note: if this doesn’t work yet, try again when you return to the Daycare).

Exit the Daycare and proceed left into the park.

Park

The balloon and bottle locations here are shown below:

Circled in red above are the locations of several acorns: make sure you pick up all the acorns in the area.
Proceed to the left into the next area.

Dog Park

The balloon and bottle locations here are shown below:

The remaining acorn locations are also circled in red in the screenshot above.
Talk to the kite flyers: give them the Floss from your inventory to replace the kite string.
Flo will search through her purse for scissors. Their location is shown below:

Use the nail scissors on the kite to cut the string free.
We’ll return to the dog park later, but for now return to the main park area.

Park

Use the acorns on the squirrel to make it leave.
Click on the colored syrup: after talking briefly about it, the snow cone girl will offer to give you some for free. Add it to your inventory.

Return all the way back to the Subway Entrance, then continue to the right.

Yum Yum Bakery

The balloon and bottle locations here are shown below:

Pick up the gear lying on the ground to add it to your inventory: its location is circled in red in the screenshot above.
Enter the Bakery.
Talk to Stella: she’d be happy to help with the cookies, but she loaned the cookie-cutters to Jo the jogger.
Exit the Baker and return to the Dog Park.

Dog Park

Talk with Jo the jogger: she’d be happy to retrieve the cookie cutters you need if you’d exercise the dogs. Ensue mini-game.
Use the machine to shoot each dog’s favorite type of toy towards it: you should aim a little in front to make sure they can pick it up as they run by. An example is shown below:

Complete the mini-game successfully, and Jo will return and give you the cookie cutters to add to your inventory.
Exit the dog park and proceed towards YumYum Bakery, stopping at Wilson’s Daycare along the way.

Wilson’s Daycare

Give the Puree Machine to Wilson. It’s missing a gear: give the Gear from your inventory to Wilson and he’ll fix it.
Next, give the fruits and veggies to Wilson, and a mini-game will be triggered.
Select a group of three or four as specified by the instructions until all the fruits and veggies are cleared from the board. The solutions are shown below:

Upon completing this mini-game, the gourmet baby food mission will be crossed off your list.
Exit the Daycare and return to Yum Yum Bakery.

Yum Yum Bakery

Give the cookie cutters to Stella, and you’ll enter a mini-game.
Use the cookie cutters on the left to cut shapes into the dough: you can rotate cookie cutters. Possible solutions for each batch (excluding the first) are shown below:

Next, find 10 batteries hidden throughout the bakery. Their locations are shown below:

Give the batteries to Stella. She’ll need food coloring before you can make the cookies, though. Give her the food coloring/snow cone syrup from your inventory (or, if you haven’t gotten it yet, return to the snow cone girl at the park to get it for free).
Proceed through the doors at the back of the room to enter the next mini-game.
Cookies will pass by on the conveyor belt: click the corresponding color and design color for each cookie so that the frosting lands on it as it passes. An example is shown below:

Completing the mini-game successfully will reward you with the cookies and the completion of the Make Cookie Favors mission.
Exit the Bakery and proceed to the Subway Entrance.

Subway Entrance

Click on the Recycle Machine for a closer view, then place the 20 recycled bottles (locations shown above) into the slot to be rewarded with the Coin.
Continue down into the Subway.

Subway

Use the Coin to board the train to Bistro Bay.

Part 3: Bistro Bay

Subway Entrance

The balloon and bottle locations here are shown below:

While you’re here, pick up the grabbing arm circled in red above.
Proceed to the right.

Fantasy Eye-Land

The balloon and bottle locations here are shown below:

Talk to the tourists: their car is causing a major traffic jam. Take note of the dress in the back seat.
Continue to the right: we’ll revisit here later.

Flo’s Apartment

The balloon and bottle locations here are shown below:

Click on the front door to have Flo enter, though she’ll have to find her keys first. Their location is shown below:

When entering the apartment, click on the pair of shoes that Skillet the dog is chewing on. He won’t release them yet, so continue into the next room.
Click on the shoe box hidden from sight: inside is the doggy bone. Click on it to add it to your inventory. Next, click on the drawers to open them and find a manual to the closet security code inside. Also, don’t forget to pick up the Hairdryer while you’re at it. Their locations are shown below:

Click on the security code system, or the closet to gain access. Armed with the code you just discovered above, take a closer view at the closet.
A mini-game will ensue. Find the differences between the various outfits until you find the right one. The solutions are shown below:

Upon completing the mini-game, you’ll find the skirt you’re looking for was actually taken to the dry cleaners! Add the claim tag to your inventory and keep this in mind as you return to the living room.
Give the bone to Skillet, who will drop the shoes. Then, use the hairdryer on the shoes to dry them. Good as new! They’ll be crossed from your list.

There’s nothing left to do here, so exit the apartment back to Fantasy Eye-Land, then proceed up the street towards the traffic jam.

Traffic Jam

The balloon and bottle locations here are shown below:

Talk to the Scrub Brothers: show them the claim receipt for the skirt. It turns out they accidentally gave it to the tourists. While this doesn’t give you the skirt, it does activate the ability to get it.
Proceed to the right to Hotel.

Hotel

The balloon and bottle locations here are shown below:

Pick up the Hat circled in red above to add it to your inventory.
Go left back to Fantasy Eye-Land.

Fantasy Eye-Land

Use the grabber arm on the tourist’s car to reach into the back seat and acquire the skirt. This will cross the Get Quinn’s Outfit mission off your list. (Note: if for some reason you can’t complete the mission now, try again after helping Starla and exiting Fantasy Eye-Land).
Enter Fantasy Eye-Land.
Pick up the Sunglasses circled in the screenshot below, then talk to Bernie.

Show Bernie the sunglasses. He’ll offer to fix them, but he’s misplaced his prescription glasses (the ones in front of him aren’t his). Find the similar-looking glasses scattered throughout the shop, their locations are shown below:

Show the glasses you’ve picked up to Bernie: one of them will be his missing pair.
Give the Sunglasses to Bernie and he’ll repair them.
Give the Sunglasses and the Hat to Starla. She’ll reward you with the Toy Keys, which will be added to your inventory.
Exit Fantasy Eye-Land and go back to the Subway Entrance, then proceed to the left.

Bus Stop

The balloon and bottle locations here are shown below:

Talk to Ernie: he’d be happy to give you a ride, but an alligator and its baby stole the keys.
Click on the sewer and the alligator and baby will pop out. Use the Toy Keys on the baby alligator to retrieve the Bus Keys and add them to your inventory.
Give the Bus Keys to Ernie, then click on the Bus to hop in and hitch a ride to Baby Craze Superstore.

Baby Craze Superstore

The balloon and bottle locations here are shown below:

Enter the Superstore.
Talk to Seymour: he’ll tell you the stroller you’re looking for is located on the 13th floor. Click on the elevator in the middle of the room to proceed to the 13th floor.
Find the stroller. Follow these directions from the elevator entrance in order to find it: Right, Right, and Down.
Click on the right stroller: it’s out of stock, so you’ll get a Claim Ticket. The location of the correct stroller is shown below:

Return to the entrance floor.
Show the Claim Ticket to Seymour: he’ll get the stroller for you if you find the items on Vicky’s Registry List. Their locations are shown below (Note: you’ll need to use the stairs marked with an “X” to reach the laptop):

Once you’ve found everything, take the elevator back up to the 13th floor to find the rest of the listed items.
From the entrance of the 13th floor, go Down.
Choose the correct Car Seat from the wall, then arrange the boxes so that you can pull it out. The solutions are shown below:

Now that you’ve gotten the Car Seat, proceed forward.
Choose the correct Bunny from the wall, then arrange the boxes so that you can pull it out. The solutions are shown below:

Continue to the right. You’ll find yourself in an aisle with Baby Cry Analyzers.
Choose the correct one from the wall. It’s broken, so you’ll add it to your inventory until you can find an employee who can find a replacement. The location of the correct Analyzer is shown below:

Continue to the right. You’ll find a customer service desk, but no one’s there. Pick up the Waiver and the Cleaner to add them to your inventory.

Continue to the right. You’ll find yourself on a corner aisle with a stand. Pick up the Store Map sitting on the stand to add it to your inventory.

Continue forward to the upper right. You’ll find yourself in an aisle of Tubs. Choose the correct Tub from the wall, then arrange the boxes so that you can pull it out. The solutions are shown below. While you’re at it, pick up the red Pallet Jack and add it to your inventory.

Continue to the right. You’ll find yourself in an aisle of Diaper Geniuses (or trashcans). Pick the correct one from the wall, then arrange the boxes so that you can pull it out. The solutions are shown below:

Backtrack to the blue customer service stand, then proceed up (literally) the green aisle from there.
You’re in an aisle of strollers now, and finally, you’ll encounter a store employee named Tyler! But asking him for any help seems pointless. Give him the Map from your inventory, then show him the Baby Cry Analyzer (or vice versa) and he’ll offer to find a new one for you.
Continue to the right. You’ll find yourself in an aisle of Diapers.
Choose the correct Diaper box from the wall: unfortunately, it’s located behind a pile of boxes. Try and use the Pallet Jack, and the security camera will come to life and inform you that you can’t operate it without a Waiver. Use the Waiver from your inventory on the security camera, then use the Pallet Jack on the boxes to gain access to the appropriate Diapers and strike them from the list.

Continue to the right. You’ll find yourself in an aisle of Baby Saucers. Pick the correct one from the wall, then arrange the boxes so you can pull it out. The solutions are shown below:

Proceed down through the purple shelves from here.
You’ll find yourself in an aisle of Mess Monster Chairs. Use the Cleaner on the correct Chair, then talk to the woman named Loretta: she’ll take the display model. Next, arrange the boxes so that you can pull your own out. The solutions are shown below:

Proceed left from here.
How convenient! The next aisle contains Tyler, who’s waiting with a brand new Baby Cry Analyzer. Now that’s crossed off your list, backtrack to the 13th floor entrance and proceed back down to Seymour at the checkout.
Give the Registry Items to Seymour, and he’ll check you out of the store. Now the Get Turbo Stroller mission is complete!
Exit the Store and proceed to the Subway Entrance.

Subway Entrance

Now, this isn’t mandatory, but if you take a moment to complete this small task, you can get an extra trophy (accessible from the main menu). Take a close look at the Recycle Machine. Recycle the bottles from your inventory (their locations are shown above) to successfully recycle all the bottles in the game.
Proceed right and up the street to the Hotel.

Hotel

After enjoying a rather disastrous cutscene, you’ll eventually enter a mini-game. Stand the presents so you have stable towers of gifts. A few examples are shown below:

Now after another cutscene, the goal is to get Vicky to the ambulance, which is locked and hidden among a traffic jam sea of cars. The trick here is to head down and right as far as possible. Near the far end of the traffic jam, you’ll encounter orange cones. From here, head up and make your way to the back of the ambulance.
