ASMR Studio 3D is a game about making pleasant noises. Whether that’s by grinding crayons, squashing things flat or popping bubbles, you’re going to have to learn a trick or two if you want to get the most out of the game.

Luckily, a trick or two is exactly what you’ll find here in our strategy guide. We’ve discovered a bunch of hints and tips that are going to take your ASMR Studio 3D game up to the next level, wherever that next level may be.

We’ve also covered a couple of the metagame mechanics to make sure you’re on top of everything. So let’s get on with it – here are the best hints, tips and cheats for ASMR Studio 3D.

Watch your fingers

When you’re grinding or cutting something, you need to make sure you’re protecting your fingers. There’s a bar along the top of the screen with a small green section, followed by a red section. You want to stop grinding when that bar is in the green – go too far and you’re in for some serious injuries.

Aim for the line

When you’re slicing items, you want to try and cut them down the line. You don’t have to do this with your first cut, though – in fact, most of the time that’s impossible. Cut the item down to size and then, when you’ve got a more manageable piece, slice it down the line. Job’s a good ‘un.

Squish it real good

On the levels when you’re squishing things, you need to squish everything multiple times. You can do that on the first pass if you tap the screen rapidly to bring the hammer smashing down. The quicker you squash, the quicker you’re going to finish the level.

Stop the spinner

When you’ve got a fidget spinner, you need to swipe the screen to get it spinning, and keep swiping to keep spinning. Watch the bar on the top of the screen – it’ll fill up as you spin. When it’s in the green section, tap to stop the spinner and you’ll get the most points.

What are the coins for?

The coins can be spent unlocking certain items when they become available. Some you’ll need to watch a video for, some you’ll need to spend coins on. You’ll get more than enough coins to cover you as you play, though, so don’t worry too much about increasing your coffers through ads.

What’s the ASMR studio?

It’s a weird little addition to the game that lets you record five seconds of gameplay and then share it with your contacts. There are no rewards for doing it, and the videos you record are going to be pretty massive as well. Probably worth giving a miss, all told.
