Arcane Odyssey Quartermaster
We’ll now crack on with the guide at hand.
What Is A Quartermaster?
A Quartermaster is an NPC in Arcane Odyssey, and they’re a part of your ship crew. You have to hire Quartermasters, but by doing so, you’ll significantly boost the stats of your ship. You can talk to the NPC through dialogue boxes, and each dialogue will alter the ship to some capacity.
Like the rest of your crew, a Quartermaster will look after your ship. However, they’re entirely dependant on you to protect them. Make sure you dock your ship from time to time so that they can eat food and heal up, as well as get some rest.
Quartermaster Quest Guide
We’ll now dive into how you can get a Quartermaster for free in Arcane Odyssey! Just follow the simple steps below…
- Travel to Redwake
- Talk to Audbjorg and accept the “Learning to Fish” quest to acquire a fishing rod
- Travel to Elm Island
- Talk to Edward Kenton and accept his quest
- Catch 20 fish
- After completing the quest, Edward Kenton (the Quartermaster) will appear in your inventory
- Equip the Quartermaster to your boat
And that’s about it! Enjoy your free Quartermaster. Of course, you can upgrade your Quartermaster along the way, but Edwart Kenton is a great start, and he’s free!
