A Unit with the Glitched Technique equipped receives the following stat boosts:
In terms of boosts, Glitched is essentially a combination of fellow Celestial Techniques Overlord, Avatar, and Entrepreneur. It gives you excellent boosts in all areas, with the downside of only letting you place one copy of the equipped Unit.
For this reason, Glitched works best on powerful Units who have low Placement values to begin with. Examples of Units like this are Baldy (Bored) and Strongest Sorcerer (Unmasked). Units with Damage Over Time effects, such as Curse King and Flame Alchemist, are also great fits, thanks to the 5x multiplier on Damage Over Time Glitched offers. In addition, due to its 65% Money boost, Glitched is the new best Technique for Farm Units as well.
As with all Techniques in Anime Last Stand, you can get Glitched on one of your Units by rerolling their Technique at the Technique station in the main hub. This costs one Technique Shard to do each time, and the Technique you’ll receive is totally random. Glitched is a Celestial-rarity Technique, and at time of writing actually has the lowest roll chance of any Technique, at 0.03%.
This means you’ll need a lot of Technique Shards if you ever want to roll Glitched on one of your Units. Currently, the only way to get Technique Shards is to complete Quests, so stay on top of those as best you can if you want to enjoy this terrifying Technique.
