Aetherium Wars is a brand-new event in version 1.4 that plays a little bit like Pokemon. Collect a variety of familiar enemies and assemble a team to battle against your opponents. There are multiple zones to explore, and plenty of Aether Spirits to obtain – some can even be upgraded! Becoming the champion rewards you with a free 4-star Belobog character of your own choosing.

So, you’re about to duel against Topaz in the Finals Match during Aetherium Wars? Before you dive into it, it’s best to be prepared so you know what to expect from the battle.
Firstly, let’s take a look at the team Topaz uses in the Aetherium Wars duel. It’s also important to note the type of Aether Spirit she utilises on the battlefield! Topaz’s team is mostly made up of Humanoid Aether Spirits that are weak to the elements of Fire and Ice.
The team you create for the duel with Topaz will depend entirely on the weaknesses and resistances that her units have.
For this battle, Topaz mainly uses Aehter Spirits which are weak to Fire and Ice – aside from the Warp Trotter. Due to the Warp Trotter being weak to Imaginary and Physical damage, it’s best to have at least one or two units on your team that deal Physical and Imaginary damage! This means you’ll be able to weaken Grunt (Security Personnel) and the Warp Trotter.
Now that you know the weaknesses of your opponents, it’s time to form your own team! I’ll put my recommendations down below, but feel free to experiment with different team compositions if you wish to do so.
