On the hunt for the Aetherium Wars best team? Well, there isn’t exactly one singular best team. However, there are ways to ensure that you have the best team for each situation!

Aetherium Wars is a brand-new event in version 1.4 that plays a little bit like Pokemon. Collect a variety of familiar enemies and assemble a team to battle against your opponents. There are multiple zones to explore, and plenty of Aether Spirits to obtain – some can even be upgraded! Becoming the champion rewards you with a free 4-star Belobog character of your own choosing.

Aetherium Wars Best Team Guide

So, what is the best team for the Aetherium Wars event? Well, it’s tough to say. With how the weakness system in Honkai Star Rail works, the Aether Spirits you put on your team depend entirely on the weaknesses of your oncoming enemies. Some Aether Spirits also have Resistances, so make sure to avoid placing a unit that deals with that type of element as much as you can.

My best advice is to take note of the enemies you are battling against before you dive into the fight. That way you can assemble your own team that can strike your opponent’s weaknesses, ensuring a successful win!

Aether Spirit Roles and Types

As with any other team assembly, you need to make sure that your team covers a variety of roles. Having at least one healer/support Aether Spirit, a damage dealer, and a tank makes for a perfectly balanced team.

Plus, there are three different types of Aether Spirits! Depending on their Spirit Type, they will be strong or weak against certain enemies.

  • Humanoids are strong against Mechanicals but weak against Aberrants
  • Aberrants are strong against Humanoids but weak against Mechanicals
  • Mechanicals are strong against Aberrants but weak against Humanoids
