GENERAL TIPS

  • In certain cases when you click on an item, you will see a message appear on the screen, the message will give you a hint on what you need to do.
  • You don’t have to stay in one scene if you get stuck in a puzzle. Click on the dots that are at the top right side of the scene, above the list, on the small map and you will be able to toggle between locations.
  • If you click on too many incorrect items back to back the screen will become blurry for a few seconds.
  • You can revisit a scene at any time after you completed it by clicking on its location on the map. If you want to leave that particular game, just click on another location.

GEOCACHE ITEMS

  • In every scene there is a Geocache item that you must find. The Geocache item will not be on your list. You can click on the word "Geocache" that is on top of the scene in order to read a riddle about it.

JOURNAL ENTRY

  • Every scene has a journal entry. Use the journal entry to help you solve a puzzle. It will give you small clues as to what to do in a particular scene.
  • For example, the clue says:"The war of 1812 was the right time then and now." Notice it says..the right time, then and now" This is giving you a hint that you need to change the time on a clock so that it is set to 6:12, which is the equivalent of the military time 1812.

BLUE ITEMS

  • On your list of items to find, you will also have some items that are marked in blue. In order to find those blue items you have to perform another action in order to get them.

TABS

  • Under the list of items there are 3 tabs, "Tools", "List" and "Items". In order to complete the game successfully you will need to toggle between all these tabs.

TOOLS

  • In the tools tab you will find the tools needed to get through each level. Each tool has a different function.

ITEM FINDER/ HINTS

  • The item finder works as a hint system of sorts. Click on the item finder to pick it up. Run the item finder all over the scene and you will hear several beeps coming out of the finder. The louder the finder is, the closer you are to finding one of the items on your list.
  • You can also look at the meter that is on the finder, the fuller the bars are, the closer you are to finding an item.
  • You can use the item finder as much as you want but each time you use it, it takes longer to recharge.

ARCHAEOLOGIST BRUSH

  • The brush helps you clean off the dirt that is covering some of the items that you need to find. to use the brush, grab t from the tools section and then click it on the area that you need to clean.
  • The brush will go back and forth several times until the item is clean.The brush will make the same motion regardless of whether it is cleaning off a piece for a clue or not. The best way to tell if the  brush is working correctly is to look for dust being kicked up around the area.

HAMMER

  • Use the hammer to break things open so that you can find hidden items inside of them. You can tell if an item is needed in a particular area when you see some gears on it as you hover your mouse around an item. You can break many different items, pots, jugs,crates etc.
  • Not all items that you break open will have something that you need to use, so don’t worry about it if you open something and there’s nothing inside.

LIGHTER

  • The lighter is used to burn things in order to see what is in them or underneath them. Most of the time the game will tell you that an item is easy to burn, when they tell you that make sure that you pull out the lighter from inventory.
  • Even though you may be asked to burn certain items, not all burnt items will have something for you to collect.

ITEMS TAB

  • Some of the items that you find a scene can be used to solve another puzzle in the game. Most of the time it will help you uncover the blue items on your list.
  • When you click on the items they go straight into your inventory.
  • To use the items that went into inventory, simply click on the tab marked "items" and you will see the items that you collected.

SPOILER ALERT!!!! -The rest of the guide contains a walkthrough for all the puzzles and scenes in the game. If you do not wish to know some solutions, please stop reading now.

LIST OF ALL THE GEOCACHE ITEMS AND THEIR LOCATIONS

CHAPTER 1

  • NATIONAL TREASURE-It is located on the bookshelf that is on the left side. It is a red fountain pen that belonged to John Hancock.
  • THE EMPIRE STATE BUILDING-State Building Foreman’s hard Hart-Lower left side, on the ground, by the flag, small gray hard hat.
  • RETIRED FEDERAL RESERVE-1798 English Dueling Pistol- You have to open up the safe door by clicking on the wheel of the door. The pistol will be in the lower left side of the open door.
  • HOME OF ULYSSES S GRANT-General Custer’s Coat  Button-On the light fixture that is on the ceiling, left side of the fixture.
  • NYC DOCKS-USS Princeton Steamship Propeller-Top left corner, on the back of the boat.
  • THE BROOKLYN BRIDGE-John Roebling’s Pocket Watch-It is on the top of the scene, in the sky.

CHAPTER 2

  • FORMER SITE OF MASONIC TEMPLE-French Foot Gunner Helmet- Grab the lighter from the tool tab and place it on the trash can that is on the lower left side.
  • NOTRE DAME-French Jeweled Crown-in the back of the scene, there are 6 candles, click at the base of the third one on the left.
  • THE PANTHEON-French Bone China Teacup and Saucer- It is located in the top left corner of the scene.
  • THE NATIONAL LIBRARY-Hand Crafted Mantle Clock- It is on the top left side of the scene, above the bookshelf.
  • THE GRAND PALACE-Bust of Napoleon-Top right corner.
  • THE PARIS CATACOMBS-Knight’s Templar Gold Coins-Lower left side.

CHAPTER 3

  • THE LOST CITY OF PETRA-Bust of Egyptian God Anubis.Take the hammer from inventory and place it on the crate that is in the lower right side and you will find the Anubis inside.There is also a bowl inside of that crate so just remember to pick it up.
  • FORTRESS OF BABYLON-Roman Centurion helmet, circa 380AD.-It is located in the lower right side, in front of the wheel, close to the rose bushes.
  • TEMPLE OF RA-Sacred Cobra Idol-The last statue is holding it in its hand.
  • THE GREAT SPHINX-Napoleonic Cannonball circa 1798-Top left side of the scene.
  • HALL OF RECORDS-Sacrificial Dagger-Top left side, in between the crevice of where the 2 walls meet.
  • THE LOST TOMB-Antique French necklace-On the ceiling, almost off the page, to the left of the hat.

CHAPTER 4

  • THE MAYAN MUSEUM-Mayan Rare Silver Necklace-It is located in the center of the ceiling.
  • MAYAN DIG SITE-Mayan Jade Earrings-lower left side.
  • SOUVENIR SHOP-Sacrificial Mayan Dagger-Lower center of the scene, on the edge of the counter.
  • MAYAN TEMPLE-Mayan Sun God Idol-Lower left side of the scene, on the wall, under the torch.
  • TEMPLE OF TULUM-Mayan Sundial- It is on the head of the idol that is on the right side.
  • INSIDE TEMPLE OF TULUM-Mayan Elongated Skull SAR-Place the lighter on the spider web that is on the LOWER left side of the wall to retrieve the skull.

CHAPTER 5

  • LOST SHIPWRECK-Ship’s Sextant-Lower left side of the scene.
  • SANDY BEACH USVI-Spanish Doubloon-There is a small gold coin ion the right arm of the statue that is in the water.
  • BLACKBEARD’S HOME-First Mate’s Ring-Click on the bottle that is on the well and the ring will be inside.
  • BLACKBEARD’S COVE-Blackbeard’s Pistol-Place the hammer on the barrel that is on the lower left side.
  • OAK ISLAND, N.S.-Gold Serving Plate-Use the hammer to breaks the crate that is on the lower left side.
  • BLACKBEARD’S CAVE-Blackbeard’s Hat-right edge of the scene, towards the middle.

CHAPTER 1-THE GREAT CIVIL WAR TREASURE

NATIONAL TREASURE

GEOCACHE ITEM

It is located on the bookshelf that is on the left side. It is a red fountain pen that belonged to John Hancock.

5 RED BOOKS

  • You need to find and click on the 5 red books that are in the scene. The books will automatically go into inventory.They are highlighted in blue in the screenshot.
  • Click on the archaeologist brush that is in the lower right corner, last shelf. The brush will help you clean items off so that you can locate certain items in the scene.

BROOKLYN MAP

  • Click on the tab in the lower right corner that says "items" You need to pick up all the red books and place them in the bookends that are on the desk.
  • The books need to be in a particular order for you to complete that puzzle. The books have to be placed from 1 to 5 in the bookends.
  • A book that has been put in place will glisten and will lock into place.
  • Once the books are in order,place the paper over them. Then take the charcoal pencil from inventory and place it over the paper.
  • Imagine that you’re tracing the image from the books onto the paper. While holding the pencil, move it back and forth until the whole image from the books have been traced.
  • Once the area starts to sparkle, it means that you can click on the item, that item will then be crossed off your list.

SAFETY PIN

  • Take the archaeologist brush from the tabs at the bottom of the page and place it in the top right corner.
  • Just click your mouse and hold it, the brush will sweep away all the dirt that is on the bookcase.
  • The safety pin will automatically go into inventory.

THE EMPIRE STATE BUILDING

  • CLUE GIVEN
  • The war of 1822 was the right time then and now.
  • GEOCACHE ITEM RIDDLE
  • I’ll keep your noggin safe in my kind of zone.
  • GEOCACHE ITEM
  • State Building Foreman’s hard Hart-Lower left side, on the ground, by the flag, small gray hard hat.
  • HAMMER
  • Click on the hammer that is on the lower left corner, next to the escalator. The hammer will become part of your tools that you will use to break items open. When you use the hammer to break things, you will find valuable items inside of it.

ALLEN KEY-LARGE IRON KEY-SET CLOCK

  • Allen Key
  • Grab the hammer from inventory and place it on the potted plant that is on the desk. once the plant breaks open you will get the allen key that is inside.
  • Large Iron Key
  • Place the allen key on the clock that is in the upper right side of the scene. As you rotate the handle, you will notice that it also changes the time on the clock. Change the time until it says 6:12 (which in military time is 18:12)
  • Once you’ve set the right time. the wall will open up( under the word "empire") click on the large iron key that is inside.

NUMBER 8-UFO-CIA

  • Number 8-Use your archaeologist brush on the lower right side of the wall, next to the flag and you will discover the number 8. Look for other items on your list that me be there as well.
  • UFO
  • Use your brush on the left side of the scene, next to the flag that is on the left and you will discover the UFO.
  • CIA
  • Use the hammer on the white board that is on the lower left side, next to the escalators and you will see the word "CIA" written on there, click on it and it will go into inventory.

RETIRED FEDERAL RESERVE

 

  • Note, you can open and close the safe door by clicking on the handle or the wheel of the door. Once the safe door is open, click on the light bulb so that you can see inside the safe.
  • When you click on the safe that is inside the safe, it will tell you that you need to jump to a different scene in order to find the key.
  • CLUE GIVEN
  • Mighty rulers have their own secrets to hide, what better place.

  • In duel you’ll hope I go first.

  • 1798 English Dueling Pistol- You have to open up the safe door by clicking on the wheel of the door. The pistol will be in the lower left side of the open door.

HOME OF ULYSSES S GRANT

  • CLUE GIVEN
  • The key to my riches are held only by the weight of time.
  • GEOCACHE RIDDLE
  • I’ll keep your coat closed on a cold day.
  • GEOCACHE ITEM
  • General Custer’s Coat  Button-On the light fixture that is on the ceiling, left side of the fixture.
  • Gold Cuckoo Key-Use the hammer from inventory to break the mirror that is on the left side, next to the cuckoo clock and you will find the key.
  • Money-Once the mirror is broken, click on the "$" that is inside the mirror.
  • Shotgun Shell-take the hammer and break the flower pot that is on the right side of the table, the shotgun shell will be inside.

SAFETY DEPOSIT KEY  

  • Collect the 3 gold weights that are in the room, please look at the screenshot.
  • Place the key on the lock of the cuckoo clock and it will open up. Place the gold weights inside the cuckoo clock.
  • Click on the picture that is on the top right side of the wall, notice the placement of the gold weights in that picture.
  • Pull the gold weights in the cuckoo clock in the room so that it matches the one in the picture. Once the cuckoo bird comes out, click on it and you will get the key.
  • Once this chapter is complete you will be taken back to the retired Federal Reserve

RETIRED FEDERAL RESERVE BLUEPRINT

  • Make sure the safe door is open, get the key from inventory and place it on the safe that is inside.
  • Once the safe is open, grab the blueprint  that is inside.

NYC DOCKS

  • CLUE GIVEN
  • By the way of water, the treasure has been buried, though travelled over by the numbers.
  • GEOCACHE RIDDLE
  •  I spin in circles to move tons.
  • GEOCACHE
  • USS Princeton Steamship Propeller-Top left corner, on the back of the boat.
  • OIL CAN
  • Use the hammer to break open the crate that is on the right side of the scene, the crate that is the highest on that side, the oil can will be inside.
  • PEARS
  • Click on the crate that is just below where the crate with the oil can was.
  • BOAT KEYS
  • They are in the lower right side of the scene, on the ground. When you pick them up they will go into inventory.
  • KNIFE
  • Click on the knife that is on the lamppost that is on the right side and the keys will go into inventory.
  • TO EXIT THE SCENE
  • Cut the2 ropes that are on the lower right side with the knife from inventory. Place the keys on the small boat that is on the right and then click on the boat again and it will start moving.

THE BROOKLYN BRIDGE

  • CLUE GIVEN
  • The door guards the wars riches, the stone guards the door from curious minds.
  • GEOCACHE RIDDLE
  • My hands are all wound up
  • GEOCACH ITEM
  • John Roebling’s Pocket Watch-It is on the top of the scene, in the sky.
  • Lighter-pick up the lighter that is on the top right side of the bridge.
  • Platform Crank-It is located in the top right side of the bridge.
  • Pickaxe-Lower right side of the scene.
  • TENNIS BALL
  • Open the "tools" tab and grab the lighter. Place the lighter on the piece of shrubbery that is on the lower right side of the bridge and it will burn it off, click on the tennis ball that appears against the wall.

DENSITY SCANNER

  • Get the Platform crank from inventory and place it on the wench that is in the lower center of the scene so you can lower the scaffolding.
  • Once the scaffolding comes down, click on the density scanner that is on the lower right side of the scaffold.
  • Take the density scanner and place it on the lower center of the bridge until it disappears and you are left with some gears rotating.
  • Take the pickaxe and place it on the spot that the density scanner pointed to and a door will appear.
  • Place the key on the door, if you’ve found all the items you can exit, if not, look for the rest of the items and then exit through the door.
  • Dust around the crank area to find 1804

CHAPTER 2-LOST NAPOLEONIC TREASURE

FORMER SITE OF MASONIC TEMPLE

  • CLUE GIVEN
  • Everything that once stood tall eventually returns to the earth.
  • GEOCACHE RIDDLE
  • I top off a good set of armour in days of war.
  • GEOCACHE
  • French Foot Gunner Helmet- Grab the lighter from the tool tab and place it on the trash can that is on the lower left side.
  • SOCCER BALL
  • On the lower left side there are some pieces of paper, grab the lighter and burn the paper by clicking it 3 different times. The soccer ball will appear on the steps.
  • Click on the socket wrench that is on the lower right side of the ground and it will go into inventory.
  • TRIANGLE PIECE
  • Use the socket wrench that is in the "items" list and place it on the man hole that is in the lower right side of the scene. The triangle piece will appear inside.
  • Take the lighter and place it on the 3 newspapers that are on the ground and also on the crate that is in the lower left side. The letter "O" and a hard hat will be in those spots.

NOTRE DAME

  • CLUE GIVEN
  • Six red lights will open the golden skull.
  • GEOCACHE RIDDLE
  • Only the King and Queen shall wear me.
  • GEOCACHE ITEM-French Jeweled Crown-in the back of the scene, there are 6 candles, click at the base of the third one on the left.
  • SKULL
  • Pick up the 6 red gems that are in the scene. Please look at the screenshot for the location of the gems, they are highlighted in red.Place the red gems on the back wall where you see the triangle-shaped spots in the back.Each time you place a gem, a beam of light will appear. Once you’ve placed the last gem the box that the beams are pointing to will open and the skull will be inside, click on the skull.
  • I circled the location of the coins and the pearls in blue on the first screenshot even though they are not part of the blue items.
  • Search for the rest of the items to end this level.

THE PANTHEON

  • CLUE GIVEN
  • When you cannot see in darkness, redirect the sun.
  • GEOCATCH RIDDLE
  • I’m made of china to drink your herbal brew.
  • GEOCATCH ITEM
  • French Bone China Teacup and Saucer- It is located in the top left corner of the scene
  • TRIANGLE PIECE
  • TRIDENT
  • Take the brush from inventory and place it on the huge column that is on the left edge of the scene and the trident will appear.
  • MUSIC NOTE
  • Take the lighter and burn the picture that is in the lower right side of the page, the music note will appear on the picture, click on it.
  • Take the hammer and break the 2 vases that are on the floor. One is in the lower right corner and the other one is in the lower left side.
  • MIRRORS
  • Pick up the mirror that is on the lower left side of the ground, by the first chair. Pick up the mirror that is in the back of the scene. The third mirror is on the left side of the ceiling.

TRIANGLE PIECE

  • Place the mirrors on the two large statues that are in the room. Place the 3rd mirror on the small arch that you see on the left side.
  • You will see light beams appear in the scene. The last beam points to the right side of the back wall, the triangle piece will fall on the ground in that  area, pick it up.

THE NATIONAL LIBRARY

  • CLUE GIVEN
  • One cannot explore Paris without guidance.
  • GEOCACHE RIDDLE
  • My face won’t tell you anything without my hands pointing.
  • GEOCACHE ITEM
  • Hand Crafted Mantle Clock- It is on the top left side of the scene, above the bookshelf.
  • Take the hammer and break the bust that is on top of the shelf, in between the letter "D" and "C". There is also a potted plant next to it, use the hammer on it as well.

MAP BOOK/PARIS MAP

  • In the lower left side there is a computer screen, click on it and type the words "map book" on the screen. Click the word "enter" on your keyboard and you will see the results come up, it says "D-12-5"
  • Look at the screenshot for the location of the book. It is located on the shelf marked "D" once you get the book it will go into the "items" tab, retrieve the book from there and place it on the stand that is next to the computer screen.
  • Pick up the scissors that are in the lower right side, next to the green desk lamp.
  • Flip the pages of the book until it lands in the Paris section. Take the scissors and cut the map out.

THE GRAND PALACE

  • CLUE GIVEN
  • Such a riveting location hides secrets well.
  • GEOCACHE RIDDLE
  • I am stone cold likeness.
  • GEOCACHE ITEM-Bust of Napoleon-Top right corner of the scene.
  • STAPLER
  • Place the brush from inventory and place it on the lower left side, under the balcony and you will see the stapler appear
  • ROPE
  • Use the hammer to break the crate that is in the lower right corner of the scene and you will find the rope inside.
  • TRIANGLE PIECE
  • The Impact Wrench is located in the top left side of the scene, above the statue. Use the wrench on the lower left side, where the stapler was, under the balcony.
  • Use the wrench to loosen the bolts, make sure that you click on each bolt. The tip of your cursor should land on each bolt. Wait until the bolt jumps off the balcony before you so you can start with the next bolt.

THE PARIS CATACOMBS

  • CLUE GIVEN
  • The light of two eye will unlock the bones.
  • GEOCACHE RIDDLE
  • I’m passed through many hands and many transactions.
  • GEOCACHE ITEM-Knight’s Templar Gold Coins
  • P BONE-Use the hammer and break the vase that is on the right side of the altar.
  •  X BONE-use the hammer and break the vase that is on the left side of the altar
  • CROSS
  • Take the brush from inventory and place it on the right side of the wall to uncover the cross.
  • Place the hammer on the vase that is on the left side of the altar.
  • Click on the lantern that is on the stone pedestal that is in the middle.
  • Click on the other lantern that is on the top left side of the scene, behind the lantern there is a prism, pick that up as well.

PRISM

  • Place the prism on the small pillar that is in the center.
  • Then place a lantern on each side of the prism.
  • Take the lighter from the tools section and use it on each o the lanterns so they can light up.
  • Place the "X" and the "P" bones on the altar and a treasure will open up on top of the altar.

CHAPTER 3-LOST PHARAO’S TREASURE

THE LOST CITY OF PETRA

CLUE GIVEN

  • Only when restored will the true map be revealed.
  • GEOCACHE RIDDLE
  • When carved I bare a stunning K9 resemblance
  • GEOCACHE ITEM
  • Bust of Egyptian God Anubis.Take the hammer from inventory and place it on the crate that is in the lower right side and you will find the Anubis inside.There is also a bowl inside of that crate so just remember to pick it up.
  • CRESCENT MOON
  • Grab the brush from inventory and place it on the column, top left side and there will be a crescent moon underneath.

ELEPHANT

  • Take the brush and place it on the lower right side of the building, once the dust is off, click on the elephant.
  • The statue head is in the lower left side, close to the building.
  • The broken sword is in the upper left side of the scene, on the rocks
  • Take the hammer and place it on the lower right corner and a cog will be inside.
  • Take the hammer and place it on the crate that is in front of the building and the column piece will be inside.
  • Click on the horse leg that is in front of the small steps in front of the palace.
  • Pick up the stone book that is on the lower let side, it is at the base of the statue.

EGYPT MAP

  • Your goal now is to replace all the missing parts of the statues by placing items that are in your "items" tab. make sure that the gears icon is present when you are trying to place the items or it will not work.
  • Place the horse leg on the top left side

FORTRESS OF BABYLON

  • CLUE GIVEN
  • Keystones guard the four coins of the Nile’s wonders.
  • GEOCACHE RIDDLE
  • It’s worn by Centurions whose allegiance is to Caesar.
  • GEOCACHE ITEM
  • Roman Centurion helmet, circa 380AD.-It is located in the lower right side, in front of the wheel, close to the rose bushes.
  • 4X COIN
  • Use the hammer and break the blocks that are on top of all the 4 arches in the scene, please look at the screenshot, the area is circled in yellow.
  • BISQUIT CAN
  • Click on the piece of cloth that is on the lower left side and the bisquit can will be inside.
  • POCKET WATCH
  • Place the hammer on the vase that is on the lower right side and the pocket watch will be inside.
  • GRAVY CUP
  • Take the lighter and place it on the basket that is on the lower left side and the gravy cup will be inside.
  • SUN SYMBOL
  • Take the hammer and break the barrel that is on the lower right side. Place the brush on the bricks that are in the lower right side and you will find the sun symbol underneath.

TEMPLE OF RA

  • CLUE GIVEN
  • When the tide is right, the decorated statues will reveal their pet.
  • GEOCACHE RIDDLE
  • When I’m threatened I’ll stand up and bite.
  • GEOCACHE ITEM
  • Sacred Cobra Idol-The last statue is holding it in its hand.
  • CASTLE
  • Place the brush on the step that is on the left side.
  • PIPE
  • Take the brush and place on the lower right side of the steps, next to the golden wings.
  • PURPLE GEM
  • Use the hammer on the vase that is on the left side of the steps and the purple gem will be inside.
  • The green necklace is on the hand of the last statue.
  • The red necklace is on the lower right side of the ground, above the gold wings.
  • The blue necklace is by the left foot of the third statue.
  • The yellow necklace is on the right leg of the second statue.

FERTILITY DOLL

  • To get the fertility doll you have to place all 4 necklaces on the large statues.
  • The correct order of the necklaces go according to the gems that is next to each statue. From left to right the correct order is:
  • Yellow
  • Green
  • Red
  • Blue
  • Lastly, place the purple gem on the gold angel wings that are on the steps and the secret compartment at the bottom of the steps will open up, grab the idol that is inside.

THE GREAT SPHINX

  • CLUE GIVEN
  • You must add 2 before taking 1 to see the right path.
  • GEOCACHE RIDDLE
  • I am rumoured to take off the nose of the Sphinx.
  • GEOCACHE
  • Napoleonic Cannonball circa 1798-top left side of the scene.
  • CAMEL
  • Use the brush on the left side of the wall, next to the ladder, above the dog.
  • EAGLE
  • Use the brush on the left side of the wall, to the right of the ladder.

  • Please look at the screenshot for the location of all the scrolls.The scrolls are highlighted in yellow.

PATH

  • Place all 10 scrolls in the cubicles and the wall on the left side will have a puzzle appear.
  • Your goal is to arrange the tiles so that all the lines are connected in some kind of way, making the sand fall all the way to the floor.
  • Please look at the screenshot for a sample solution since this puzzle may be random.

THE LOST TOMB

  • Antique French necklace-On the ceiling, almost off the page, to the left of the hat.
  • Use the lighter in the upper left side and you will find one of the canopic jars you are looking for.
  • CAT X 2
  • BLUE GEM
  • Use your brush to clean off the front area of the altar, to the left of the wheel you will find the gargoyle, the cat and the camera. To the right side of the wheel you will find one of the spiders.
  • The other 2 spiders are on the back wall, one is in the upper right side and the other one is in the lower left side.
  • Canopic Jar- Use the lighter on the lower right side and you will find one of the canopic jars.
  • Use the lighter again but this time in the upper left side to retrieve the second jar.

BLUE GEM

  • I clicked on the tablets until they all stayed down, the last one I pressed was the one in the upper right edge of the scene. Once the last stone was pressed the blue gem appeared on the lower right side of the wall, above the head of the sarcophagus.
  • Place the blue gem in the upper left side of the wall, where you see a gold ring. You will then see some blue beams of light that will reflect on the etchings that are on the back wall.
  • Notice that each light points to a particular symbol, you need to input those symbols on the wheel that is on the lower center of the scene, on the altar.
  • You want the outer wheel (The largest wheel) to have the cow symbol.
  • The middle ring should be moved until you see the symbol of the jar.
  • The smallest ring (inner ring) should show the oval shaped symbol.
  • Once you’ve turned the wheels to the right position, grab the blue gem from the ceiling and place it in the middle of the circle.
  • The sarcophagus will open automatically, just give it a few seconds, click on the treasure to end the level.

CHAPTER 4-MAYAN TREASURE

THE MAYAN MUSEUM

  • CLUE GIVEN
  • The weight of a crystal skull is a difficult one to match.
  • GEOCACHE RIDDLE
  • A step down from gold, I circle ones neck.
  • GEOCACHE ITEM
  • Mayan Rare Silver Necklace-It is located in the center of the ceiling.
  • HORSESHOE
  • Use the brush on the right side of the back wall, under the word ‘exposition" in between the 2 bird etchings.
  • LEAF FOSSIL
  • Use the brush on the upper left edge of the scene to get the leaf.
  • Click on all the artifacts that are on the white blocks and place them in inventory.

GLASS SKULL/KEY

  • Use the lighter to burn the newspaper that is in the lower right side of the scene to retrieve the key.
  • Use the key to open the glass case that contains the skull, when you take the skull out  it sets off the alarm. You have to replace the skull with something that has the same weight in order to fool the alarm system.
  • Pick up the round stone that is in the lower left side and place it in the glass case.

MAYAN DIG SITE

  • CLUE GIVEN
  • Unearthing something lost in time can take great patience.
  • GEOCACHE RIDDLE
  • I dangle in pairs and am carved from a rare green stone.
  • GEOCACHE ITEM
  • Mayan Jade Earrings-Lower left side.
  • Take the brush and clean off the entire roped in area and you will see several items that were unearthed.
  • Place the lighter on the bushes that are in the lower center of the scene and you will find the magnifying glass.
  • Burn the bush that is in the top left corner of the scene and the jade earrings will appear.
  • With the hammer, break the rock that is in the lower right side and the millipede will appear. Break the rock in the lower left side and the mask will appear.
  • Take the hammer and place it on different parts of the dig site to see what you can uncover.
  • BOX CUTTER
  • Pick up the red box cutter that is in the lower center of the ground and it will go into inventory.
  • Take the box cutter and place it on the bag that is on the lower right side of the scene. inside the roped in area and you will get the red diamond.

SOUVENIR SHOP

  • CLUE GIVEN
  • An original Calendar rarely stays in one piece

  • Normally sheathed I come out of ceremonies for the gods.

MAYAN CALENDAR

  • Click on the round calendar that is on the lower right side of the page.
  • Open the tab that holds the "Items" and in there you will see the Mayan Calendar pieces.
  • Click on any piece and place it on the round calendar. Once the piece is on the calendar you have to rotate the piece slowly until it locks into place.
  • *Please note that some people have reported that they need to actually click on the piece before it locks into place. This may be an issue with XP versus Vista, I am not sure.

MAYAN TEMPLE

SCARABS

  • When you first enter the scene, it will be dark and you will be able to hear scarabs running around. Pull out the lighter from inventory and click on it so it will light up.
  • Use the light from the lighter to guide you through room, look for the torches that are on the right side of the wall and for the one on the left side.
  • Get the hammer from inventory and place it on the beetles that are running all over the ground. You have to squash them until you see the green liquid on the ground.
  • Once all the beetles have been eliminated, a small black cage will appear in the middle of the structure.
  • Use your brush in the areas that are shown in the screenshot and you will find some items from your list.
  • Use the hammer on the crate that is on the lower left side.

TEMPLE OF TULUM

  • CLUE GIVEN
  • The fire symbol will reveal the keys in the temple’s mouths.

  • GEOCACHE ITEM
  • Mayan Sundial- It is on the head of the idol that is on the right side.
  • Click on the small structure that is in front of the temple and you will see that you can arrange the tiles to form a picture.
  • To slide the tiles around just click on two adjacent pictures and they will swap places. Please look at the screenshot for the correct placement of the tiles.
  • Once the picture is back together correctly you will find the tablets in the Place the tablets on the doors and they will open. You can exit through there if you already found all the items. If not, go back and finish up the list.
  • Ammonite Fossils-Use the hammer on the rock that is on the right side of the temple. Use the hammer again on the rock that is on the left side of the temple’s steps.
  • Use the hammer on the crate that is on the lower right side and you will find the book inside.
  • Use the hammer on the rock that is on the lower left side of the scene and you will find the crystal inside.
  • Grab the lighter from inventory and place it on the bushes that are on the lower left corner and the iguana will appear.

INSIDE TEMPLE OF TULUM

  • CLUE GIVEN
  • You must look in the same direction for the answer.
  • GEOCACHE RIDDLE
  • Bound at birth, I resemble beings from the stars.

  • Mayan Elongated Skull SAR-Place the lighter on the spider web that is on the LOWER left side of the wall to retrieve the skull.
  • Take the lighter and place it on the candles that are on each corner of the back wall so you can have some light.
  • Mayan Statue Head-Top left side of the scene.
  • Use the hammer on the rock that is on the far right side and the star will appear.

MAYAN STATUE

  • Take the Mayan Statue head and place it on the front of the statue.
  • You have to turn the head of the statue by clicking on it. Once the head is in a certain direction, click on the matching stone on the wall that is facing the same way.
  • Repeat this step 4 times so that you can match all the directions. If you make a mistake and click on the wrong stone, you will have to start the sequence all over again.
  • You will know that a stone is facing the right way when you see the stone glisten after you click on it.
  • Click on the treasure to exit.

CHAPTER 5-BLACKBEARD’S SECRET TREASURE

LOST SHIPWRECK

  • CLUE GIVEN
  • Keys are never far from locks, but always out of sight.

  • 2X KEYS
  • Use the hammer on the 2 lanterns that are on each side of the door and the keys will fall to the ground, pick up both keys.
  • IRON MAP
  • Place the 2 keys from inventory on the hatch that is on the ground, make sure that you place a key on each side of the lock to open it. You will know the right place for the keys when you see the gears appear.
  • Once the hatch is open, grab the iron map that is inside.

SANDY BEACH USVI

  • CLUE GIVEN
  • Sometime you just have to get lucky to finish what you want.

  • Spanish Doubloon-There is a small gold coin ion the right arm of the statue that is in the water.
  • Pick up the shovel that is on the right side of the beach.
  • Click the hammer on the crate that is on the lower left side and get the lobster crate that is inside.
  • Use the shovel from inventory to dig some holes in the sand. Place the shovel next to the buried barrel that is on the left, under the palm tree. Dig another hole close to the green maracas, right side.
  • It’s important that you keep digging until the bars appear on the screen.

BLACKBEARD’S HOME

  • CLUE GIVEN
  • The magnetic draw of iron means nothing is out of reach.
  • GEOCACHE RIDDLE
  • Encrusted with gems, I fit around a pinky.

  • First Mate’s Ring-Click on the bottle that is on the well and the ring will be inside.
  • Break the barrel with the hammer and retrieve the map that is inside.
  • Pick up the magnet that is in the back wall, under the windows.
  • Get the rope that is in the lower left corner of the scene and it will go into inventory.
  • The 5 pearls are circled in blue in the screenshot.
  • Place the rope on the pulley that is on the large branch of the tree and the rope will wrap around it.
  • Take the magnet and place it on the lower part of the rope, the part that is close to the trunk of the tree.
  • Grab the iron bar that shows up at the bottom of the magnet.

BLACKBEARD’S COVE

  • CLUE GIVEN
  • The barrel of a cannon is no place to stick your arm.

  • Choose your shot wisely because I take time to reset.

  • Blackbeard’s Pistol-Place the hammer on the barrel that is on the lower left side.
  • Place the hammer on the 2 chests that are in front of the huge statue and you will find a figurine in the top one and a pocket watch inside the one below.
  • Clean off the area that is at the bottom of Blackbeard’s vest and you will see a key.
  • Take the lighter and place it on the shrubbery that is in front of the cannon that is on the right side, click on the tiny treasure chest that is on the ground.
  • The rusty keys are in yellow in the screenshots.
  • The cannonball stuffer is in the doorway.
  • BLACKBEARD’S COIN
  • Place the cannonball stuffer on the piece of gum that is on Blackbeard’s hat, then place the cannonball stuffer inside the cannon and the coin will come out.

OAK ISLAND, N.S.

  • I sailed the high seas atop a pirate’s head.
  • GEOCACHE ITEM-Blackbeard’s Hat-right edge of the scene, towards the middle.
  • Break the rock that is on the lower right side and you will find the whale inside.
  • Silver key is on the lower center of the scene.
  • Gold key is inside the bottle that is on the lower center of the scene.
  • Bridge Piece is on the top right side, the other one is on the top left side.There is another piece of the bridge that is on the right edge of the scene.
  • The bronze key is on the lower left side

  • Place the bridge pieces on the platforms, once the bridge is repaired the first set of stumps will come out from the ground, click on the stumps according to the screenshot.
  • It doesn’t matter in which order you open the chests, I just happen to start with the middle.
  • The solution will be the same for everyone since the clue tells you that there is only one correct path.
  • Once you reach each chest you need to open it with the right key.
  • Chest on the left=Silver Key
  • Chest in the middle=Gold key
  • Chest on the right=Bronze key
  • All the chests will be empty, the wall in the back will open up, click on the right side of the opening to reach the treasure.

BLACKBEARD’S TREASURE

  • Grab the lighter and place it on the gold bowl that is at the bottom left side of the page
