If you’re a parent, there’s a very good chance you’re familiar with Yo-Kai Watch. Originally a hit video game and TV series in Japan, the franchise eventually came to the West thanks to the involvement of Nintendo (for the game) and Disney XD (for the show).

Now, rather cleverly, the series is meeting its young fans on the devices they spend most of their time on: smartphones and tablets. It started with January’s release of Yo-Kai Watch Land, and continues later this month with the launch of Yo-Kai Watch Wibble Wobble.

The game offers a mix of puzzle and RPG elements (think Puzzles & Dragons), but instead of focusing on traditional match-3 gameplay, adorable “wib wob” versions of Yo-Kai are set loose in a big circle, and you’ll have to draw your finger across them to make matches to power your fighters above.

Like most Yo-Kai Watch products, Yo-Kai Watch Wibble Wobble has already seen plenty of success in Japan before its US launch. It spent some time as one of the top 5 grossing apps on the Japanese App Store, and has grown to 6 million users in just five short months.

Expect Yo-Kai Watch Wibble Wobble to arrive on both the App Store and Google Play on March 24th.
