Valiant Hearts: The Great War is a strangely sobering look at the First World War, and it left us rather shaken (in a good way) after our review of the PC version that launched earlier this year.
If you missed out in hopes of a mobile version, it looks like you’re in luck: Ubisoft has just confirmed that Valiant Hearts: The Great War will be coming to iOS with a release date of September 4th, 2014.
The press release announcing this is boasting “intuitive touch controls, completely rethought and adapted to the mobile format.” We have no idea what that will actually translate too, but it doesn’t seem like a game that would go through too rough a transition to mobile to begin with.
Ubisoft has put out some incredibly cool digital games recently, so let’s all cross our fingers that they’ll see fit to bring a few more to iOS. Child of Light, I’m looking in your direction.
