Antoine is the star of The Secret of Chateau De Moreau, and the young aristocrat has to investigate his dad’s death in order to clear his good name. As a result, players have to guide him through over a hundred different puzzles, find and acquire items/clues that can be used to help solve the mystery, and interrogate numerous characters.
Developer Creative Lab is promising an adventure game that’s pretty much unlike everything else available for the iOS. Questioning characters will affect the game and its ultimate outcome, which helps determine which of the 40+ endings a player will encounter at the end of the game. On top of all this, the game’s trailer is promising some pretty high-end graphics with a lot of anime-style aesthetics.
Overall, this murder mystery looks like it’ll be a lot of fun when it’s finally released. At present, though, the game’s been delayed from its original target of late July, so it’s not entirely certain when the new release is planned.
