Tango Chase Preview

Herotopia is a web-based massively multiplayer online game (MMOG) that lets its young players suit up as a hero to fight villains, bullies, and help make the world a better place for awesome kids everywhere. Simians, on the other hand, need to take care of themselves in the world of heroes, but to be fair, they’re more than capable of doing so. Case in point: Tango Chase. It’s an iOS Herotopia spin-off that stars the game’s popular orangutan, Tango. Tango’s girlfriend has been kidnapped by a bad guy, and the monkey isn’t about to let her go without a fight.

Tango Chase Tango Chase

Tango Chase is an action-puzzle game that calls on Tango to utilize every drop of his orangutan power. He must climb, dash, dodge, and swing through over 70 levels that are scattered across snake-infested jungles, ancient ruins, and even under water. Tango has plenty of objects and power-ups on hand to help him, plus he can unlock power-ups from the game’s shop (beware the monkey bearing a bodily upgrade), but it’s still not going to be an easy quest.

You can rack up a high score, earn achievements, and share your accomplishments on leaderboards. Now your friends can finally learn the truth: who is the top monkey amongst you all? Tango Chase is sure to be a hit with fans of Herotopia who occasionally crave a few moments to wind down and (ahem) monkey around.

Tango Chase will be swinging into the App Store on April 26th.
