If you’ve been around the App Store and Google Play for awhile, you probably have incredibly fond memories of Rayman Jungle Run and its sequel, Rayman Fiesta Run. Both quickly redefined how autorunners could be done, with intricately designed levels and challenges more akin to traditional platforming.
The only problem? We wanted more.
Lucky for us, that’s exactly what Ubisoft is gearing up to deliver. The studio today revealed the next mobile entry in the Rayman franchise, Rayman Adventures. With the exception of the trailer above (which seems to confirm a style similar to both Jungle Run and Fiesta Run), few actual details have surfaced beyond a rough outline for the plot. Players will “Embark on amazing adventures through legendary worlds on a quest to rescue the Incrediballs!,” according to the trailer’s YouTube description.

There’s no word on a release date yet, but as big fans of the first two Rayman runners (we even selected the first one as the runner-up to our 2012 iPhone Game of the Year), we’ll be keeping our ears close to the ground, and will let you know as soon as we hear anything about this one.
