Last October, Foursaken Media announced that they were developing Heroes and Castles 2, the sequel to their 2013 third-person, action RPG. Now, six months later, they have officially announced May 14th as the game’s release date.

In our review of Heroes and Castles, we quite liked how the game blended different genres together, but we found the graphics dull and unexciting. This time around, Foursaken Media promises “incredible mobile graphics” featuring vast numbers of units on screen at a time, day/night cycles, and more.

Sporting a single-player campaign, a co-op multiplayer mode, and PVP battles, Heroes and Castles 2 offers players many ways to take their armies into battle whether that be on their own, with a friend, or against one.
