There was a time in the not so distant past — maybe 5 or so years ago — that the world fell in love with mobile physics puzzles. Games like Cut the Rope were all the rage. But time moved on, and most players seemingly forgot how much they love a good physics puzzle.

Created by BorderLeap (the developers behind har•mo•ny), Drop Flip is a game of physics puzzles that challenge players to slide, flip, and pull the environment in just the right way to deliver a ball into a bucket that waits below.
Drop Flip will offer 100 levels at launch, each of them meticulously hand-crafted to be as clever as possible. (Just watch the video above and try not to drool when you see the pinball level pop up). Some levels, we’ve been told, will even force you to rotate your device to landscape mode to play them. Offering levels in different perspectives is strange — but it’s also the sort of thing that can only be done on a mobile device, and for that we applaud them.
Drop Flip will be available on the App Store on March 31st for $2.99, with no in-app purchases or ads to clutter up the experience.
