Detour is an upcoming download that developer Sandswept Studios describes as a “construction-based real-time strategy war game.” where players “pit their minds and their might against one another in order to safely guide a hapless delivery truck across a deadly battlefield.”

In addition to the game’s 27 single-player challenegs, multiplayer gameplay is a key feature of Detour You’ll be able to play three different kinds of multiplayer game against either real people or computer-controlled opponents, ranging from Free for All (everyone for themselves) to Conglomerate and Merger where you play alongside teammates and share certain resources.

Detour also offers a built-in map editor for creating your own levels,

No launch date has been announced yet, but the game should be coming in the next few weeks for PC (via Steam) and Xbox Live Arcade.
