A new game is on the way from indie studio Amanita Design (creators of Machinarium and Samorost), who along with Jára Plachý have launched a gorgeous new teaser trailer for a new point-and-click called Botanicula. The exploratory adventure is about five little “tree creatures” who set out to save the last seed of their home tree, which has become infested by evil parasites.

The exploratory adventure is about five little “tree creatures” who set out to save the last seed of their home tree, which has become infested by evil parasites.
The game’s original soundtrack and sound effects are created by Czech alternative band DVA. Botanicula will launch for PC, Mac and “probably also iOS and Android” in early 2012, according to the developers.
