Spark Era Is a Battle Royale MMO with AI Companions, Out Now in Open Beta

Spark Era is a 3D battle royale mobile game set in a post-apocalyptic interstellar environment where the remnants of humanity are locked in a fight for survival with three other factions.

That’s already a solid elevator pitch, but we haven’t even gotten to the really interesting part.

The really interesting part is that you’ll be joined on your adventure by a J.A.R.V.I.S.-style AI-companion who learns all about you, gauges your emotions, and dishes out advice that’s tailored to your specific personality.

Developer Firework Games has thrown everything at Spark Era. This ambitious PvP eSports RPG sees you piloting a fleet of unique interstellar vehicles, traveling the universe, and duking it out with thousands of other players in three distinct cosmic battlegrounds.

And it sees you doing all of those things on the biggest, slickest, fastest cloud computing platform on the market.

AWS – short for Amazon Web Services – is the tech that powers everything from PUBG to Fortnite, Free Fire to Diablo Immortal, and it’s currently playing host to Spark Era’s vast, action-packed universe.

Not only that, but AWS is helping with the AI, too, ensuring Spark Era is right at the forefront of what’s possible.

And there’s more in the pipeline, including an immersive VR version.

Firework Games is currently hard at work on an advanced social system, allowing players to make friends, add friends, and more. The forthcoming Duo and Squad modes, meanwhile, will pave the way for Spark Era to become a leading light in mobile eSports.

The studio also plans to bring Ready Player Me tech to the game, enabling you to create sophisticated custom avatars based on your own selfies.

Plus, there’s a whole battery of new weapons in the works, including particle lances and ballistic cannons, along with new skills to unlock, level-up, and unleash with devastating effect.

Finally, the team at Firework Games is working on a novel Phantom Zone, where players can step out of the fray and just hang out, showing off their avatars and making new friends.
