Brazilian game developer Vostu will soon be launching a first for social games: an in-game radio station that not only provides some fresh music to listen to, but also gives players tips and tricks on how to play.
After Zynga filed a lawsuit against Vostu back in June claiming the Brazilian developer was copying its games, the two companies have now announced that the suit has been settled. As part of the agreement Vostu will pay Zynga an undisclosed amount of money and make changes to several of its games.
In June Zynga sued Vostu for copyright infringement, claiming that the developer's game Megacity was just a little too similar to CityVille. Now Vostu is countersuing, and claiming that Zynga attempted to enter into some sort of partnership or possibly acquire the developer prior to launching the original lawsuit.
