Sometimes I wish that I lived in the Land of Casual Games. If I did, there would be a ridiculous number of restaurants, each serving the best quality foods they could muster while I stood there at the counter, hearts ticking away. If I could choose a restaurant to go to, Kitchen Brigade would be high on that list. In Kitchen Brigade you are a young, aspiring chef (are there any other kinds?) who just won a big cooking competition. Unfortunately, after taxes, tuition from cooking school and buying your own place, you're left with the shirt on your back and big dreams. But, not long after opening your restaurant, you're invited to join the Kitchen Brigade game show.

Sally's Quick Clips is a fast paced match-3 game that has you gathering resources to serve beauty salon clients. The game takes place before the events of Sally's Salon and Sally's Spa, although the gameplay mechanics are very different. With a series of successful salons and spas behind her, Sally has the urge to remember her roots. It all started when she had just gotten her beauty degree, and decided to compete on a game show called Styling America. As you play through her flashbacks, you learn how she got her first big break.

King's Smith is an upcoming time management game from Czech developer Running Pillow that caught our eye for its unique subject matter: you play a young apprentice blacksmith who dreams of becoming a master like her grandpa, and maybe even one day becoming personal blacksmith to the King. You'll manage your own smithies where you'll craft different types of armor and weapons, purchase new buildings and upgrades, and unlock new types of equipment to create like helmets, shields and swords.
Flora’s Fruit Farm Preview
Flora's Fruit Farm is an upcoming time management game published by Eidos and developed by Honeyslug where you get to tend an ever-expanding orchard with the help of magic gloves and fairy dust. Your goal is to harvest the ripe and tasty fruit from your trees and deliver it to hungry customers before they lose patience. As you earn money you'll be able to invest in upgrades for your farms (such as different fruit and accessories) and even buy new plots of land to expand to. You can also use fairy dust to make the fruit even bigger and more delicious.

Parents with their own children may not care to play Nanny 911 when they already live and breathe the job, and everyone else might find that playing the unoriginal time management game often feels more punishing than entertaining.
Horatio’s Travels Review
Horatio's Travels puts you in the shoes...er, flippers...of a penguin entrepreneur as he sets off to bring yummy ice cream around the globe. Given the cartoonish graphics and overall cuteness and simplicity, I'd have to say that it's a game made for kids or families, and not your typical time management fan. Horatio is an odd penguin. He's just not satisfied with penguin life, so he sets off on an adventure and becomes a traveling ice cream vendor. The game follows his adventures as he travels across eight locations and 55 levels to bring ice cream to cute fuzzy animals, some with disturbing large heads.

Sandlot Games sort of went off the deep end for Cake Mania 3, sending our favorite heroine baker Jill on a freaky time-traveling journey to recover missing family members and serve up thousands of delicious frosted delights for a menagerie of dinosaurs, mummies, and wizards.
