AtlanticaS Review
There are a lot of digital CCGs out there that use the "cards feeding into other cards" formula to great effect. It's an interesting system of upgrading and enhancing, but it begins to feel like a production line after a while. AtlanticaS changes things up a little bit by treating each card as an individual character, one dimensional though they might be. It doesn't exactly reinvent the genre, but it adds its own brand of charm to the mix by doing so.
The Last One Review
It all started when Allie, stricken as she was with glowing eyes that would put the Cheshire Cat to shame and arms that looked infected well past the point of hope, asked me for help with offing a nearby chap who had a mild case of zombie-itis. Apparently no one thought to tell the poor dear that she didn't look so hot herself. And so began my adventures in yet another social zombie game, which I spent almost every moment of expecting Allie and her green limbs to turn on me.

We've known Disney was at work on a project called Disney Infinity for quite some time now, but it wasn't until today that the company unveiled what exactly that is. In a nutshell, it's a multi-platform, Skylanders-esque experience that takes characters and elements from several Disney and Pixar films and places them in the same universe(s).
The Blockheads Review
In an App Store rife with cloning, "Minecraft-style" has essentially become its own subgenre. A quick Google search alone reveals an almost monthly article about the latest attempt by an enterprising studio to bottle the lightning Mojang captured with their "Lego in a Sandbox" phenomenon. It's no surprise, then, that I dove into Majic Jungle Software's The Blockheads with considerable skepticism. What is surprising, however, is how much fun I had.
Starbound Preview
There are a whole lot of games that take place in space, but very few of them manage to capture just how incredibly massive it is (it's pretty massive, you guys). With its infinite, procedurally generated planets, Starbound is hoping to change that, and subsequently remind us all of how amazing our ever-expanding universe truly is.
