Jewel Quest III Review
By Erin Bell
Just when we thought the long-suffering Rupert was finally going to be able to settle down, a disaster strikes that sends him globe-trotting once more in Jewel Quest III, the second sequel to one of the most popular match-three games of all time.Rupert and his wife Emma are on the verge of seeing their dream come true and opening a museum to showcase the various artifacts Rupert has collected over the years. But the couple's young daughter Natalie suffers a horrible accident - while playing with Rupert's jewel board she opens a secret compartment that releases dangerous spores into the air that turn her blind.Tropicabana Review
A spot of good news for fans of pattern-matching puzzlers… While casino-themed outing Tropicabana might not be the most innovative match-three outing we've seen, it's definitely one of the more original. Successfully capitalizing on a tried and true formula, while also placing a greater emphasis on music and atmosphere than rivals, a few minor quirks notwithstanding, the game comes highly recommended.Gold Rush – Treasure Hunt Review
There's never been a better time to get rid of a certain precious metal, with its value higher than ever. Happily, according to pleasing new action-puzzler Gold Rush - Treasure Hunt, there's never been a better time to find it as well. Having ventured deep within the title's computerized caverns, we concur: While not the most frantic or captivating of its breed, the game nonetheless proves fun and challenging, especially when enjoyed in short spurts.Tower Bloxx Deluxe Review
Good news for aspiring city planners: Tower Bloxx, formerly a popular mobile and Flash-based Web diversion, is now available as a standalone, downloadable PC product, and a darn fine one at that. One of the more innovative desktop concepts we've seen as of late, it's a clever (and insanely attractive) marriage of arcade-style puzzle action and civil engineering sure to please fans of all ages.Jewels of Cleopatra 2: Aztec Mysteries Review
"If it ain't broke, don't fix it" must have been the mantra while working on Jewels of Cleopatra 2: Aztec Mysteries, a very good but very similar game to its successful predecessor. It's a gratifying adventure indeed, but those who paid for the original game - available as a download or on CD-ROM at retail - might feel it's more of the same despite a few new additions.Girls Inc. TeamUp Review
Everybody knows the old saying: There is no "I" in team. Thankfully, there can be a "you," however, courtesy of the brainteaser Girls Inc. TeamUp, which challenges groups of young ladies to navigate colorful, grid-based landscapes. While not the most audio-visually impressive or actively engaging mindbender we've encountered for desktop platforms, it's nonetheless a light, refreshing diversion suitable for play in bite-sized installments.Gold Rush – Treasure Hunt Preview

By Erin Bell
If you're an ancient history or archaeology buff, The Pini Society: The Remarkable Truth will be right up your alley. Based on the exploits of the real-life Pini Society, a secret organization dedicated to the preservation and protection of valuable historical artifacts, the game lets players follow along on some of the society's most important missions, learning valuable information along the way.The Remarkable Truth does a great job of evoking an older time - to be precise, the nineteenth century, when the Pini Society was founded and did much of its most important work - with graphics depicting dog-eared maps, hand-drawn journal entries and diagrams, and vintage exploration equipment like old binoculars.
