JellyCar 2 Review
By Lisa Cowdell
I'm the first to admit that physics-based puzzlers are not my strong suit, but when I saw Jelly Car 2, I was so intrigued that I just had to give it a try. Who wouldn't want to drive a car made of jelly? The whole concept just sounds so appealing and fun. The basic idea: you drive a squishy car through a cartoon world to reach a specific goal. And while the graphics, sounds and gameplay really deliver on the promise of fun, there are some design and controls issues which hold back Jelly Car 2 from reaching its full potentialImplode Review

Have you ever wanted to rig up some dynamite, blow up a building and wreak some havoc? Then perhaps you may want to seek professional help. For the rest of us, we can play Implode! on our iPhones.Touch Physics Review
By Jim Squires
When you were a child the world was full of wonder. With a piece of paper and a box of crayons, you could make anything happen! But what if you could bring those creations to life? Touch Physics applies real-world physics to crayon-drawn objects as you attempt to puzzle your way across 50 beautiful, toddleresque stages.Topple 2 Review

Putting a good game in the iPhone App Store can be a real balancing act, and few titles know this as well as Topple 2. After all, balancing is what it's all about. But the balancing act ngmoco has to pull off has to do with more than just the gameplay. They need to balance to success of their original title with the expectations of its fans. Was it too soon for a sequel?Tumble Jumble Review
By Lisa Cowdell
Many years ago, I remember competing with my brothers for a try at a new game on the monochrome GameBoy device. Everyone who played it just couldn't put it down. We all wanted to get the highest score, and for some reason we never tired of making lines to erase the dropping blocks of varying shapes. Like the rest of the world, we were smitten with Tetris, a new kind of fun that would endure as one of the most unique game mechanics of all video games. Every since then, game developers have been trying to figure out ways to emulate Tetris and create a game genre without violating the copyright. Ideally, a worthy extension of the "stacking blocks of different shapes" category would add lots of variety and challenges. There are many out there who've tried and come up short. I think Tumble Jumble comes close.99 Bricks Review
By Jim Squires
Tower-building games are nothing new to gamers who love a good two-minute time waster. From web-based games like Stacker to popular iPhone games like Topple 2, tower games have challenged us to build as high as we can using common shapes before gravity tears our towers down. 99 Bricks breaks from this tradition using a collection of less common shapes known as tetrominoes. You probably know them better as Tetris blocks.Crush the Castle Review
Crush the Castle is initially a sweet and appealing thing, much like a Cadbury creme egg. The oozing, sugary concoctions are a rite of passage during Easter, but after three or four (or in my case, a dozen), you realize why they are confined to a single two-month portion of the candy calendar.MagnetiZR Review
By Jim Squires
When I think of magnets, the first thing that comes to mind is my fridge. I have magnets shaped like every state I've visited. My fridge is covered in magnetic letters and numbers that my kids use to practice their spelling. We even have a handy magnetic clipboard we use to keep track of what we need to replace in our pantry. But magnets can be so much cooler than that. Remember that science kit you had as a kid? The one with the really strong magnetic blocks that attracted and repelled each other? MagnetiZR is more like that than your silly old fridge. It tries to recapture the awe-inspiring sense of magnetic discovery we all had as kids, and as a free flash-based puzzler it does a great job of re-instilling that sense of wonder.
