Michael Jackson The Experience Review
By Jim Squires
When celebrities mesh with video games, it usually meets with disastrous results. Just look at what happened with Linkin Park, or Wesley Snipes. Michael Jackson, however, has had a pretty stellar history with the interactive medium. Remember SEGA's Moonwalker? Or Jacko's cameo in Space Channel 5? The tradition of great Jackson video games continues with the release of Michael Jackson: The Experience for the iPad.Hey Geronimo’s latest music video is a love letter to mobile gaming
By Jim Squires
Like catchy indie rock tunes? How about mobile gaming? Then you're going to love "Why Don't We Do Something?," the latest music video from Hey Geronimo.Russian Dancing Men Review
By Jim Squires
If you've been a fan of flash-based web animations over the years, you've no doubt come across the work of Weebl. Whether it's in endless ditty "Badger Badger Badger," the cow disappearing song "Magical Trevor," or simply "the everday happenings of weebl and sometimes weebl's friend bob," Weebl has entertained millions of web surfers over the last decade. Now he's taking some of his classic tunes to the App Store in the form of the rhythm game Russian Dancing Men.The Cleveland Show Dance Off Review
By Jim Squires
With Labor Day behind us and the kids back at school, there's only one thing left in September to look forward to: the start of the fall television season. And to go along with that new season, networks will put the names and faces of their most popular shows in every venue they can find - including the App Store. The Cleveland Show Dance Off is no exception to this marketing hype, combining a popular FOX animated show with unoriginal rhythm gameplay.Skillz: The DJ Game Review
Skillz is the first iPad game I've played that requires you to set it down flat somewhere and to look down at it. It might require a little trial and error in finding something you're comfortable with, since you really do need a sort of top-down view at the screen to see everything going on and have your hands in a comfortable spot. But once you get in the zone, Skillz: The DJ Game is a great music game.Radballs Review
It's hard to take a game seriously when it is named RadBalls, however this iOS game is an addictive and hip arcade puzzler despite its funny name. Coupling bright and electric colors with funky beats and a unique twist on the game mechanics of other familiar "match 3" games, RadBalls manages to be fresh and new. There is plenty of content in RadBalls to entertain mobile gamers, even those who claim to be bored with Bejeweled-inspired games.Megaband Review
By Darcie King
Megaband is a Facebook game from Ubisoft, and it's definitely worth checking out. The premise of the game is simple: you are tasked with starting a band and making it a success. But it's a whole lot of fun.Tap Tap Glee Review
By David Stone
More an expansion pack than a real full-fledged title, Tap Tap Glee is just what fans of the TV show may have been clamoring for - assuming the albums, DVDs and the previous iOS title Glee Karaoke didn't quench their Glee thirsts. There's nothing inherently wrong with the game at all, but the timing of its release is a bit suspect. And with other, better titles in the series, Tap Tap Glee is really more for Gleeks than the rest of us.
