Bubble Epic Review
By Leif Johnson
The first thing that made me like Bubble Epic was the eerie but amicable tree trunk that shoots out the projectiles in this new bubble popper. It reminded me of my younger days in gaming; specifically, the art style of 1990's Gargoyle's Quest, and I found myself expecting additional touches of "epicness" to an increasingly tired genre. Unfortunately, the feeling wore off quickly, and I was left playing a bubble shooter that felt like others in the genre despite some fine touches to its aesthetics and minor changes to its gameplay.Tap Campus Life Review

Ah, but if you're going back to college or university, you have a little control over your own destiny. Will you focus on your studies, or will you revel in the party life? Pocket Gems' Tap Campus Life lets you indulge in the latter via a social/house-building game that's not unlike The Sims.Tap Campus Life Walkthrough

By Leif Johnson
You know your character's a tough cookie when he can take a few seconds to stop killing zombies (okay, "reapers") in order to build entire shops from the ground up. Even Chuck Norris could never match that. But that's everyday fare in Citizen Grim, a new top-down social action game from the same folks that brought us Mercenaries of War. You'll find none of the happy faces and cute visuals that usually define Facebook games here; true to its name, Citizen Grim is a gritty, bloody affair that's full of the guts and wanton slaughter that we in the 18-45 crowd apparently love.Cabinet Noir Review
Never in a million years did I ever think the text adventure game genre would make a comeback. I mean, it's sort of ridiculous. While I have many fond memories of navigating my way through Zork, those games are by all accounts antiquated. They were a product of their time, certainly, but with desktop computers now more powerful than the shuttle that delivered men to the moon, why would we choose to play a text adventure game? Cabinet Noir and the StoryNexus system makes a compelling case.Campaign Story Review
By Nick Tylwalk
Both of my parents ran for public office when I was growing up, and I always thought it seemed like a tiring, thankless process. They assured me it was fulfilling, though, and now you can find out for yourself thanks to Campaign Story by 519 Games. This freemium Facebook game allows you to work your way up the political ranks by running from everything from mayor to emperor. Okay, maybe not emperor, but you get the picture.Kiwi Farm Preview
By Nadia Oxford
Heads up: a new farming game is on the way for iOS. Not exactly a mind-blowing revelation, right? Well, what about a game about farming kiwis? The fruit, mind you—you wouldn't be farming New Zealanders. Still not impressed? How about this: In Kiwi Farm, the kiwis farm themselves. There you go. Kiwis are delicious, juicy, and self-reliant (that goes for the people as well as the fruit).Middle Manager of Justice Preview

Double Fine has made a lot of interesting moves lately. Their appeal to old school adventure fans on Kickstarter is easily the most publicized one, but their development of a Sesame Street game for Kinect and revival of a game idea conceptualized by Ron Gilbert pre-Maniac Mansion are nothing to scoff at, either. And it's great! You can never tell what they'll be up to next. For instance, what if they suddenly announced an iOS game called Middle Manager of Justice? You'd never see it coming!
