Baseball Superstars 2012 Review
By Art Green
Baseball and anime is probably not the most ideal combination. Most people that enjoy anime are not going to like baseball, and vice versa. Despite the odd mixture of themes, Baseball Superstars 2012 plays a surprisingly good game of baseball.Jewels of the Amazon Review
You probably think you don't need another match-3 game, and you're probably right. But that doesn't mean they'll stop coming any time soon. And while Jewels of the Amazon shares quite a bit with its predecessors -- from the basic gameplay all the way up to power-ups -- it also adds some fun twists and a great adventure premise. It's far from original, but it's a solid time waster for puzzle fans.GT Racing Motor Academy Review
Racing games can be a great deal of fun namely because their recipe is often simple: quality controls, fast-pacing, fun tracks, and maybe a unique gimmick or two. Gameloft's Google+ titleGT Racing Motor Academy fails on all of these fronts. Giving players virtually nothing to sate their racing appetite and taking the free-to-play model a bit too far, the grinding nature of the game wears thin quickly. Coupled with awful controls, horrendous sound design, minimal style, and zero real challenge, it feels like a slapped together title made only for a quick buck.Pirate Cove Bingo Review
By Tony Capri
As one of the oldest social games of the modern era, it's unsurprising to see bingo flourish on Facebook. Where folks used to gather in meeting halls and churches, fans of the pastime can now simply open up a page in their preferred Internet browser. Gamesville adds a pinch of its own spice to the formula with Pirate Cove Bingo. And though it might not be a trove of innovation, it can perhaps be considered something of a hidden treasure.Battlestar Galactica Online Review
I typically don't concern myself much with browser-based free to play MMO's. Right or wrong, I just don't expect much from them. So even when the basis of the game is something I absolutely adore (like Battlestar Galatica), I tend to just gloss over it and move on. Well, luckily after all this time I went back for an actual look. As it turns out, my expectations about these games was WAY off.Drakensang Online Walkthrough
Drakensang Online is an action RPG from Bigpoint, and is playable in your browser. As a freedom fighter, it is your duty to bring freedom to your people and for the world. Freedom fighting is tiresome, and often difficult, but with Gamezebo's quick start guide you'll have no problem getting going.8Realms Preview
Like most civilization building strategy games, 8Realms tasks you with taking a tiny settlement and growing it into a thriving empire. You'll train troops, gather resources, and build your population. And as a web-based social game, you can also interact with other players. So what makes 8Realms different? You can play it on any device with a web browser.BMW xDrive Challenge Review
It's not uncommon for non-game developers to create games for Facebook in order to promote something, and BMW is the latest to take to this endeavor with BMW xDrive Challenge. A 3D racing title built in Unity, it's not the most extravagant game, but is still of a surprising level of quality for a Facebook racer. Complete with global and friend-based challenges, it's not a game that will keep one's attention for long, but can be entertaining in the short term. In fact, the only real issue is a few oversensitive controls.
