By Nadia Oxford
You've heard of the Very Hungry Caterpillar, but have you ever met Greedy Grub? Both insects are capable of eating half the world for their personal growth, but whereas the Caterpillar is restricted to the pages of his storybook, Grub exists in Greedy Grub, an adorable iOS world-building game. Greedy Grub tries some new ideas and most of them pan out, though you can still expect plenty of good old-fashioned waiting around thanks to its freemium model.2020: My Country Review

By Nadia Oxford
The name "Pocket Village" evokes an image of a peaceful hamlet with sunny mornings, rolling hills, and close neighbors (and closer cousins, cough cough). A nice place to visit, perhaps, even if you're just rolling through to grab a hamburger before hitting the Interstate and gunning it to Disneyland. However, wooga's Pocket Village is actually an iOS town-building game that demands some pretty hardcore labor from its adorable population. It's easy to feel bad for the little guys, but don't worry; Pocket Village moves so slowly that it won't be long before you abandon its population, anyway.Greedy Grub Preview

Winter is kind of a jerk. It makes things cold, covers a decent chunk of the world in snow, and lays waste to undeserving plant life. The characters of Greedy Grub have been forced to learn this the hard way. Their home, The Forest, has been wiped away by the harsh cold of winter, and it's the player's job to bring things back to normal.Banished Preview
By Joe Jasko
Have you ever gotten tired of those same old city-building games with the huge skyscrapers and modern townhouses always in need of constructing, and those pockets full of endless in-game currency? Well it turns out you aren't the only one. A new game called Banished is set to bring the city-building genre back to the basics, and simulate the creation of an idle forest town, with nothing but the land on your side.Eat Eat Hooray! Review
By Nadia Oxford
At some time or another, all of us fantasize about stripping naked, jumping into a birthday cake the size of a bungalow, and then eating our way out. But cake-dives typically don't work out in real life: Aside from running the risk of being pulled in for public indecency, chances are good that you'd manage maybe ten mouthfuls of cake before your stomach started violently (and messily) rejecting all that frosting. Leave the reckless eating to the Morps, the tubby stars of the adorable town building/action game Eat Eat Hooray!
