Dracula Series – Part 3: The Destruction of the Evil Review
If you've stuck around this long, this is the moment you've been waiting for: the first and final confrontation between Father Arno Moriani and Dracula himself. As the concluding chapter in the Dracula Series trilogy, The Destruction of Evil wraps up the storyline with the much anticipated appearance of Dracula, though the final sequence of the game is somewhat disappointing and the ultimate conclusion is a little confusing. Still, the third chapter is easily the best, so if you already played through the previous two games, The Destruction of Evil ends the trilogy on a relatively high note. Even if the ending isn't all that satisfying.
Blue Toad Murder Files: The Mysteries of Little Riddle Preview
Relentless Software has announced that its bringing the whimsical murder mystery game Blue Toad Murder Files: The Mysteries of Little Riddle to the PC. The game was originally released in Dec. 2009 on the PlayStation Network, and will launch as a PC digital download on Nov. 24 at www.bluetoadmurderfiles.co.uk and other portals.
Dracula Series – Part 2: The Myth of the Vampire Review
When we last left Father Arno Morianai, he was visiting a professor in Budapest who had some seemingly crazy ideas about just what was happening in the small Transylvanian town of Vladoviste. Namely, that it has something to with vampires. Dracula Series - Part 2: The Myth of the Vampire continues the story that began in the first game, and is essentially the middle portion of Dracula 3: Path of the Dragon. This gives the game somewhat of a strange feeling, as it doesn't have a real solid beginning and end. If you play it right after Part 1 it makes sense, but it doesn't stand up on its own.

Don't be alarmed if you're getting a sense of deja vu. If the first part in the Dracula Series looks familiar, that's because it is. The new trilogy is essentially Dracula 3: Path of the Dragon divided into three parts. But in addition to being cut down into smaller chunks, the game has also been slightly tweaked to be more approachable for casual gamers. But since the initial portion of Path of the Dragon is easily the worst part of the game, the first part of Dracula Series isn't exactly going to have players clamoring for part two.
