Vainglory is a multiplayer online battle arena (MOBA) game that was featured during Apple’s iPhone 6 keynote last September. It’s no wonder why: The game looked great on stage. Now’s your chance to inspect the goods for yourself up-close and personal. As of November 18, Vainglory is available on the App Store worldwide.

Vainglory is a product of Super Evil Megacorp (a group of developers formerly of Riot Games and Blizzard, amusingly enough). Built exclusively for iOS using Apple’s latest tech, Vainglory lets MOBA fans loose in a world where opposing heroes must destroy the Vain crystal (it’s so vain, it probably thinks this story is about it).

According to Super Evil Megacorp’s iTunes profile of the game, Vainglory runs at 60 FPS and features 1.3 million polygons on the map. You can get it to run on iPad Air, iPad mini with Retina Display, iPad with Retina Display, and iPad 2, though the iPad 2’s performance is knocked down to 30 frames per second.

If you’re a fan of MOBA’s, be sure to give it a download, and keep your eyes peeled for our full Vainglory review later this week.
